Road Trip: the University of Colorado-Boulder

I am a member of the CU student group Partnership for Animal Welfare. I have been heading up the cage free egg campaign that you mentioned in this article. We have petitioned, rallied and promoted a switch to cage free eggs, but CU dining has actually done nothing. They have one small grab and go that serves cage free eggs, but compared to the amount of eggs sold in all of the dining halls, it is pretty negligible. We are still working on this campaign and are confident it will pass, but it has been over a year that we have been pushing this, and still no action from CU dining.
