Conservatives Won't Have Romney Shoved Down Their Throats

Gingrich is the only one in the race who has a chance of uniting conservatives behind the GOP

I really hope that every American will vote for Newt in primary. I hope that we can prove that money cannot buy our votes. If Newt won't the one I will vote for a third party.

Romney needs to be the one to bow out, simply because he might be able to buy votes in the primary, but he's not going to be able to buy the general election. He has disgusted so many republicans, that most of those who are actually going to show up to vote, will write in Gingrich anyway. We don't see a difference between him and O', so either way, we're doomed. This is a game of Chicken that the GOP is going to lose. We WILL NOT show up to vote for their puppet romney. Piss on em all.

Mr. Obama was NOT vetted properly and neither is Mr. Romney, since I cannot find stories about his Mormon church and how it supports the PLO over Israel and posthumously baptizes mass murderers like Hitler and his henchmen, Communist dictators and other mass murderers before billions of other "Gentiles." Does Mr. Romney want to own his very own planet one day as Mormonism teaches, while also demanding utter and absolute obedience to their "death vows" of silence about Tabernacle requirements on how to own your own planet. It is one thing to have a Mormon to just about anything OTHER than be POTUS, since their religion and their role with Israel and the claims they make about their inheritance there are questionable at best, and downright dangerous at most. And at this point, it looks as if Rick Santorum, instead of wanting to lead the Conservative movement to defeat RINO Romney, is now only ensuring that Conservatives have NO REAL VOTE this year. History may prove to be very rough on Rick Santorum, since he may well cost the Conservative movement any real chance at beating Obama and getting off the current road to Hell America is on. Thanks for nothing, Santorum. Go Newt!

Conservatives already have Romney shoved down our throats. Like it or not, the game is over. Not only is Newt's inertia negative, but he is going into states where Romney will win easily.

If they were going into competitive states, then Newt would have a chance to turn around his falling numbers. But Romney won 51% of the vote in Nevada in 2008 and there is a strong Mormon population there. The margin in the Nevada race will make the Florida results look like a close call. Romney also has major connections to Michigan and should win that state handily. Newt isn't even on the ballot in Missouri and even though it's just a beauty contest, it's still a win for Romney. Every state to vote in February is a Romney state.

Each Romney win will strengthen his war chest and each Newt loss will further deplete his campaign funds. It will be Super Tuesday, before Newt can expect to have a chance to win any state. But by that time, his war chest will be a coin purse and his ad buys will be limited to classified ads and a few 15 second spots between late night infomercials. The schedule and Newt's downward inertia means that it's effectively all over for Newt. He'll be out of money soon and the best debate performance in history won't change that.

Romney is so far left, he is right next to nobama, and Romney will rush us right into the NWO. Newt is the only conservative that we the People can honestly vote for. Romney will keep obamacare or romneycare, but will make the states enforce it!!! Romney is just a pale nobama!!! Please people wake up!!! Romney will be called a member of the 1% by OWS crowds and obama will win,! Please use your common sense, PLEASE!!!

American Patriot of CA 7:06PM February 01, 2012

Mitt Romney represents conservatives far better than Newt Gingrich ever will. Newt's negative ratings are almost three times what Romney's are. That's why Romney leads Obama in many national polls, while Newt is behind by 14%.

NationalPolls.com has Newt losing to Obama 101 to 409 in electoral votes. What will that do for conservatism?

Newt is a Progressive dressed up like a conservative. Ask Glenn Beck!

None of the other 3 candidates (besides Ron Paul)is a conservative in any kind of consistent sense. To stop Romney, you need someone who can make the case that they are just as strong nationally in a contest against Obama.Paul registers higher than Gingrich or Santorum in the latest polls when matched against the President. Those two need to seriously consider withdrawing and endorsing Paul.

Robert M. Simon of TN 6:03PM February 01, 2012

Sir - if Mitt Romney is a liberal conservative then Newt Gingrich is a hippie conserative. Why do you pretend Gingirch was not ousted from Congress for ethics viloations ? Why do you pretend Gingrich has not broken his marriage vows and had extra marital affairs ? Gingrich is a quasi conservative - breaks conservative principals when it gives him pleasure or benefit.

Julio of TX 5:21PM February 01, 2012

we dont' want mitt romney what don't you establishment types don't understand about it.
