IMO He needs to do it before August. The people need time to all get used to whoever he picks and to get through the guaranteed onslaught of Liberal/Obama media campaign against the Republican party that will focus on why Romney's choice is so wrong. Once the dust settles, Romney and his VP pick will be ready for the White House.
