"this very specific part of the population earns slightly more than this other very specific part of the population in a very specific region, hence there is no disparity"

You must be retarded, this is why people under genius IQ shouldn't have the right to express themselves, just go to McDonald it's better suited for your limited cognitive abilities. Also part(read:almost all) of those so-called "choices" that you so conveniently did not name are pregnancies, yes how dare they increase the population of the US, we should punish women for having babies, that's a very smart plan.

[And where are the arguments by men? - Why is it when gender issues are discussed, men's views are somehow not worth spit?]

Most men have long since progressed past the model of women as permanent victims and men as behind the scenes wallpaper in the one-sided gender debate. Men are refusing to engage in this one sided debate where emotions and feelings trump data and facts.

What many of the YES women [and their male sycophants] miss is that their is [also] a massive transfer of wealth from men to women that is either forced from men through taxation laws or coerced from them through marriage.

These women also miss the fact that society demands that men support themselves and their "dependents" which often include women. No such societal pressure is placed upon women - indeed if a man relies upon a woman for financial support he is considered a parasite.

Hence, it should come as no surprise that with the intense pressure placed upon men to "provide" for women, many men feel that they must take on the jobs with longer hours, more onerous conditions and the greater risk i.e. the jobs that pay more.

For men it all boils down to:

"You are not worthy of a woman's love unless you

are willing to become a slave to your work"
