These are the same arguments made in opposition to the Civil Rights and the Equal Pay act. I was there. Nonsense then, nonsense now.

All you have to do to see inequality in women's pay is search for pay wages of any job, and you will be directed to two different calculations of pay - one for men (mostly higher pay) and women (mostly lower pay) for the same position.

How is that just and far? If your argument would be true, that women get paid less because they bear children and take leave of a mere 6 weeks, and then they have flexible hours (yet still work same number of hours or more than a typical man), then men would not get the same benefits of flexible hours, opportunity for paternal leave, etc.

It is just not true! Women should not be be penalized because they bear children and take care of children - our future. And studies show that women who have the same education as men, receive much less pay than men the 2nd year of work after they get their degree.

We all need to look at the facts before you start twisting the "facts" to support your argument.

I don`t see PFA actually creating new jobs for women;I agree its more likely to keep employers from wanting to hire. We need jobs, not more regulation!
