I don't have a problem with higher taxes on junk food. If it's offset by lower taxes on healthy foods/

This certainly coincides with the statement Hold made about how the Feds were able to Tax cigaretts. They're in the process now of condemming as many produsts to cover for their excessive spending habits.

The role of taxation should be limited to those things which the Constitution allows government to do. Same for states and their respective Constitutions.
