Occupy Wall Street could become far more powerful than the Tea Party

Dumbest article ever. You think the plan of this group of morons is to have no plan? That is absurd. This group of morons has no plan, they have no idea what they want.

The New Democratic Progressive Union Socialist Communist Party is desperately seeking a base. Unfortunately they have found the far left fringe of misfits that could be the end of the Party. Will we see a new political party in 2012, the first since the Civil War? There are masses of Democrats in the Blue Dog and Moderate group that are leaving the Party that do not identify with the likes of Pelosi or Debbie Wassermann-Putz.

It's pretty clear that Occupy Wall St. is against corruption in politics. If you're unwilling to acknowledge that the current system of lobbying and campaign contributions determining policy is wrong, then nevermind and please continue fixating yourselves on minutiae. They smell!

Who planned for there to be no single, set demand for the protest? Surely, for this to be a brilliant strategy, it would, by definition, have to have been a plan set in motion.

It seems far more likely that this is a haphazard gaggle of folks, some with good intentions, some mere wide-eyed cornflakes unable to grasp simple concepts and too dim to recognize their own ignorance, and an unhealthy dose of others with more nefarious objectives. It is, to use small words, a mob. A group of people with disparate views, collectively griping about a common perceived foe but with no cohesiveness.

The fact that conservatives, libertarians, socialists and communists can all agree the shenanigans perpetrated on Americans by both government and some Wall Street firms are awful, these people adhere to radically different ideologies and would just as easily be (metaphorically, one hopes) at each others' throats as easily as they would be at those of Wall Street execs.

Your article appears to be an attempt to elevate the stature of the protest(s) and those participating in it. If that is indeed the case, you failed.

thank you for the recipe for Greece 2011……

No thank you.

Please! The college kids want free tuition and anything else they can get, suckled as they are on history by Zinn and anti-American professors angry that capitalism still exists. They use products only capitalism could have produced, and protest the place their parents have invested to pay for their education at exorbitant prices at universities who have massive endowments, but still charge the limit since college loans are the last bastion of stupid lending.

Way to spin the the clueless message of a "movement" that has all the gumption of lint, and half the relevance.

And it will prove that you are wearing your anal sphincter as a necklace if you even reference the TEA Party-oh, wait. Too late.

US Left Wing Garbage, and World Socialism Report.

As best as anyone can tell... the Occupy movement's only clear and consistent message - is protesting against the use of soap.

"It is a more authentic and independent movement [than the Tea Party]."

With centralized funding, paid coordinators, and a load of repetitive slogans? Dream on.
