The administration has done little to reduce oil prices

It's a no brain er guys! If you flood the market with something then it's going to be cheaper, that's not hard to figure out unless you are an idiot. If you can sell something that you already have instead of paying someone else to haul it thousands of miles away especially if the one you are buying it from is your enemy you would have to be a fool to do that wouldn't you. Duh!

I believe we should strive to find alternative fuel with common sense that is. I think we should switch where feasibly to compressed natural gas as soon as possible but don't make it mandatory.

We need to produce more oil here in the U.S. and stop lining the pockets of the importing oil companies, It is what it is, and Obama does'nt care about the problems that this is causing for those folks who make minimum wage and can not even afford gas to get to work so they would be better off to go on wellfare which will cost us tax paying Americans more money. Is the solutuion right in front of him? I believe so although he is lining his pockets with money from the imported oil kings also. So why would he care to take money away from his family? He never will & God help us if he is re-elected. I know he walked in to a mess that he had not made. Our Dear Bush the oil King set him up for failure and set us Americans up to take the fall for his pockets are well lined with $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. That is all is about is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$, One day they will become to old to care for themselves as we all will and God does not like ugly so His will be done and being in the medical field I can just imagine them both in pissy diapers inwheel chairs with multiple health provlems that will lead to a long dreadful decline in their health. They will suffer in Gods time. In the mean time as I already stated "It is what it is" money, money money money.

Back when I took business classes, even back then, there is this "thing" that Mr. Obama doesn't understand, it's called "supply and demand". Since Mr. Obama had done almost everything he can to decrease supply (even tried to decrease demand by killing off jobs) but demand had pretty much stayed the same, prices increase.... The only thing that WILL decrease prices is if we INCREASE supply.

But Obama doesn't understand simple practices and proven tactics.

WE should keep refineries OPEN which will help create jobs and stimulate the economy!! Also, Politicians need to take a pay cut and the oil Co. "big wigs" need to do so as well... and PAY HIGHER TAXES as the rest of us Middle Classers" have to as well! Our system needs to be bases on FAIRNESS, NOT what it is today which is GREED!!!!

I think we should drill for oil in our own country and not natural gas we have enough of that.

Donald Shelton of PA 2:14PM March 05, 2012

I disagree...consumption is down and prices are rising anyway..I think we lift the moratorium on drilling on federal lands and reduce regulations on the refineries (since man made global warming is a hoax anyway-see the new movie-Inconsistent Truth (which tells the truth and the whole truth)) and become more energy independent. I say we get rid of speculators who are driving the price up even further.
