Obama Administration Doesn't Want to Enforce the Immigration Laws

The lawsuit against Arizona's SB 1070 is just another part of the amnesty effort

I agree with S. Armstrong of TX (below). If this POTUS does not want to enforce our Immigration Laws, we will elect one that WILL enforce these laws. November is coming...get out the conservative vote!

I think it's ironic that right next to this "Comment" box is an add entitled, "Help the Obamas Stand Up for Working Americans." I would have to think there was some other "Obama" family I don't know about except that the current President and his family are pictured.

Laws that have no penalty when broken are not real laws. Laws that apply to some, and not to others, are not real laws.

While the President is living in the "DREAM" land of La Raza and his Hispanic insiders, American citizens and legal immigrants are murdered at a rate of est. 10,000 per year by illegal aliens. Illegal aliens get caught DUI 3 times before being deported, after they broke into the country in the first place. Illegal aliens are politically active regarding changing more laws to suit their needs, in the US - which they seem to want to turn into the Mexico they abandoned.

The Federal government hampers every single attempt to enforce current and existing immigration laws - and uses the US DOJ as its weapon - against the requests and safety of US citizens. We who oppose this overrun of our country are then called, "racists" which the President does nothing to deter. In reality, we are economists who see that 50% of the population working and paying taxes cannot support the other 50% - much less the 11.5 million estimated illegal aliens in the US costing billions - every year. The statistics are out there to read and understand, if the President was interested in reality.

American citizens are out of work in record numbers, but this administration is looking the other way. Come November 2012, all those who are paying attention won't be looking his way either.

What a bald-faced lie that the US Constitution forbids states from assisting the federal government on immigration matters! But this is how desperate some people with an agenda or two are when it comes to winking at or actually encouraging illegal immigration into America and violation of our borders. No American voter who truly cares about his or her country should support or vote for any candidate who refuses to support extant immigration laws and the security of our borders.

Ken of NY 4:19PM April 23, 2012

There is something seriously wrong with an administration that fails to enforce laws that have long served to help protect the country. To make matters worse, that same administration not only refuses to accept aid from the states in enforcement of those laws but actually sues the states that attempt to do so. Illegal aliens who actually work take jobs from those legally in the country; those who do not work burn through tax dollars in order to support their lifestyle. Illegal alien criminals victimize citizens. Police here in Los Angeles are hamstrung by policies that essentially make it impossible for them to act against someone here illegally.

I will vote for Romney because I like his immigration stance. It is past time for the U.S. Government to enforce our laws.

We would not be facing this controversy if the U.S. Government had enforced the law. Illegal aliens and their children would not be facing the problems that have arisen because of lack of enforcement and neither would the American taxpayer and citizens.

Enforcement!

Who cares what this President thinks? He has certain constitutional obligations. one of those is to ENFORCE existing laws and we have those concerning immigration he is deliberately ignoring; in my mind, an impeachable offense. I have a mind. it is doubtful that many in Congress do or they are compicit with criminal conduct and should be impeached as well. They were all elected to serve our needs; not to legislate against the first amendment or ignore our border security or fail; to enforce existing laws or a host of other

offenses; ALL of them, IMPEACHABLE. We need to make a host of severe changes and will have our opportunity to do so in November at which time we should vote out every incumbent up for reelection! They have failed us miserably and exacerbated our problems while creating new ones. They need to be replaced and so, we should vote out every incumbent candidate regardless of party affiliation as they have ALL failed us and begin with a new if inexperienced group who will ADDRESS the problems their predecessors refused to and set us on the road to restored liberites and economic recovery without the interference Obama and company have promoted by the UN in our domestic affairs. We are not a socialist country or a minion of the UN; We are a sovereign nation and not answer-able to UN dictates no matter how much Obama and Clinton and company wish to make it so.

In 1986 amnesty was widely granted and supposed to put an end to "illegal immigration"; since then, we've had more and more people come here, who think if they have a child on U.S. soil it automatically grants them citizenship (the parents) and that their kids can demand their "rights" or welfare or school or anything else from us. IT does place a high burden on communities, like ours where property taxes fund school expenses - and yet, our liberal school boards want to keep on offering more free programs for the parents. For those of you who say it's inhumane to separate the parents from the kids, it happens all the time to citizens if one or the other gets incarcerated for long periods of time. Where's the outcry there? Send the parents home, with the kids, and when the kids turn 18, they can come back if they want. But quit rewarding these lawbreakers who steal from us in so many ways.

S. Armstrong of TX 4:01PM April 23, 2012

They have just about taken us over without firing a single shot thanks to Obama's ceaseless pandering for the Hispanic vote. I will certainly be voting for Mr. Romney in November. It is my fervent prayer that he will finally enforce our already-in-place laws to get these invaders out of our country.

K. Martin of TX 3:57PM April 23, 2012

The Obama administration, which keeps telling us that jobs for Americans are a "top priority," is allowing 7 million illegal aliens to keep their non-farming jobs, the majority of which already are done by Americans, while 20 million citizens are unable to find full-time employment.

Why?
