More procedural clarity needs to be provided to law enforcement and prosecutors

Mr. Thurston believes a statute must specifically address all possibilities of human behavior and misbehavior. That view is absurd. If he really read the use of force statutes in Florida and the case law, he might realize little if any change is really necessary to what is known as the Stand Your Ground law. Certainly not because of the incident in Sanford, Florida. Moreover, several of his points are simply nonsensical.
