Newsmax to Open D.C. Bureau
By Paul Bedard, Washington Whispers
Newsmax is the latest of the new media to play the contrarian. While mainstream media are shrinking, Newsmax plans to open a five-person Washington bureau, joining growing outlets like Huffington Post. For Newsmax, "it's an Obama expansion," says boss Chris Ruddy. While not well-known in D.C., the site racks up Drudge Report-like Internet traffic, operates a TV channel on the site that's popular with conservative lawmakers, and prints Newsmax magazine. Says Ruddy: "Washington is our place."

Care
Once again Obama has taken a backward approach to health care.
He wishes to upset well functioning health care, making a new system that Wahington can control, rather than focusing attention on fixing what is broken in the system. It is to the shame of Congress and the White House that ther have not taken on tort reform, the biggest problem. A second problem is taking power away from hospital boards some of whose members drain off millions of dollars each year out of hospital revenues. The same people fire any doctors who raise objection to what is going on. When an entire medical staff can be fired for raising objection to abuses, something is rotten in Denmark.
2012 Presidential Ticket
I would love to see a Romney/Palin ticket for 2012. The Democratic Party obviously has no ethic nor respect for the Constitution, and they are now wrecking the country that took 275 years to build. Enough of this lawlessness. I'm puzzled that more people aren't raising their voice in protest to what is now happening in the White House.
The failure of health care in action
Cancer is now spreading into a new office.
