Great topic. Now i can say thank you

Lucky for Ana

It does not surprise me that Greta would be of great help to anyone in need. She is a terrific person, I love to watch On the Record every night at 10:00.

Thanks Greta for all you do to help people. You are the best.

And Unlike Tom Cruise, she didn't use Scientology "Tech" to help!

But what is more concerning is the fact that Greta is supposed to be a have achieved a big OT Operating Thetan level in Scientology, way above what they call a Clear, and she still has allergies!!

Dianetics and Scientology do not help people in emergency situations, despite what Tom Cruise said. Good accurate medical care (in this case, Benadryl)does and it's good to see that Greta was not fooled by the false claims made by those subjects and used her head.

I'm a physician with multiple food allergies leading to anaphylaxis. Generally the first line of treatment for the feeling of throat tightness is Epi-pen administration instead of benadryl because there is question about whether the benadryl will actually make it past the throat and takes a good 20 minutes before it becomes effective of not given in IV form. Either way, I'm glad someone's life was saved and I'm an advocate for benadryl and epi-pens being included in every first aid kit that is available on airplanes and amtrak.

Thoughts from a paramedic

Sure looks like Greta did the right thing. Benadryl is the standard treatment for allergic reations. The EPI-Pens are reserved for very severe, life threatening allergic reactions due to their potential side effects (increased stress on the heart). That said, it does seems the journalist has a bit of a flair for the dramatic.
