Everybody Loves Michelle Obama, Even the GOP

Michelle Obama has become one of the most popular first ladies in recent years, but Vice President Joe Biden's numbers continue to plummet, according to the new Pew Research Center for the People and the Press poll. Michelle Obama's favorability stands at an amazing 76 percent, well higher than that of Laura Bush or Hillary Clinton at the three-month mark of their administrations. What's more, 60 percent of Republicans view her favorably. "She's sort of taken the country by storm," says pollster Andrew Kohut. "She's very impressive. She's charming." As for Biden, one reason for his drop to 51 percent positive: Maybe Americans are obsessed with President Obama, whose popularity is at 73 percent. Also, people might not be as impressed with the vice president as they were when he was added to the Democratic presidential ticket. "The bloom is off the rose," says Kohut. For comparison, former Vice President Cheney's favorability percentage at this point in 2001 was 58 percent, and Al Gore's was 55 percent in April 1993.

Poison & Prejudice
As I said before,I'm a conservative born-again Christian who is firmly pro-life. While I strongly disagree with some of President Obama's actions, the sober fact remains that he has produced the most distinctive and competent First 100 Days of any American President in living memory, and he has delivered much on the Change he promised - whether we agree with him or not.
Michelle Obama is not perfect (thankfully!) but like her husband, she has done more to reach people in her first 100 days than any other First Lady on record. Comments like the rabid rant below, show that people with poision and prejudice simply cannot be reasoned with.

this rascist cow with the predator face and her socialist husband need to move to France or Cuba where socialism is more widely accepted. Just because the hippie liberals in boston, new york and california love their anti Americanism does not mean true Americans will stand for her or her husband very long. They will be voted out soon enough, thank God!!!
Michelle Obama
Michelle is what the country needs right now,someone who is personable,real and who sees life as more than the dollar. It is going to probably take 8 yrs to clean most of the last eight years, but at least the Obamas have come in running. I think Joe Biden's ratings are low,because POTUS is so popular and two because we see so little of him.
