By Paul Bedard, Washington Whispers

Pentagon officials don't normally gush, but Whispers has learned that top staffers were positively enthusiastic following their first meeting with the commander in chief in the secure conference room dubbed "the Tank" recently. They were impressed by the "high-level, global-strategic" discussion and by President Obama's detailed grasp of the difficulties that face the U.S. military. Said one senior Pentagon official: "He asked a lot of really, really good questions."

Pentagon Officials

I guess we can assume the Pentagon is full of left wing socialists. No one with a clear mind could possibly be impressed with this empty suit. He is nothing but a chronic campaigner. He wants government to control every aspect of our lives.

Quality in a leader

How can anyone compare the level of intelligence between Presdients 43 and 44? Obama has such a more complete understanding of the complexities of the world!

Taking Charge

Finally, A President who is involved, informed and action-oriented. It's about time things actually got dealt with in this country. The real people suffering from the economic mess the Republicans have created for us over the past eight years, appreciate having someone look out for US for a change. Thank you President Obama for standing up and showing us all a better path. We are with you all the way.
