The formal grounds and national command leaders are just a fraction of the potential problem. A huge risk is a Mumbai type attack on the many soft targets that are outside the locked down area and yet will be teaming with revelers and lower order officials. Even alcohol is banned? This is taking security way too far. But, I notice pot isn't on the list. Is our security apparat trying to tell us something?
