A hero vs the gimme, get me, can I have
All this while BO was going to private school in HAWAII being brought up by his BIGOTED WHITE Mom & Grandma.
Let's see McCain had a hard beginning and WORKED to get where he is, while BO was HANDED everything because we were paying the "SINS" of our country. Never HAD to work to get anything.
Truly amazing that the "NEWS(?)" media isn't saying anything about McCain's Bio. But I guess since they don't want to show BO's background I guess it makes sense.
When these magazines realize that the people they believe they are supporting CAN'T READ because of the teachers union and don't read because they don't have to because they HAVE TO BE HIRED because of WHO THEY ARE and not WHAT THEY KNOW is it any wonder papers and magazines aren't getting read?
Look what BO's done for Illinois? NOTHING - - - Not sure what everyone's thinking he'll do to America?
John Mcain
I will vote for him, only because I am a Retired Senior Noncommissioned Officer, USA. I will vote for him, because he is the lesser of the evils.

POW
Five minutes in that cell developed more character for Senator McCain that Bill Clinton will ever have. His comments about POW's snaping were lower than snail slime.
McCain is a Hero
I'll vote for McCain over another "Slick Willie" type any day.
McCain's Cell
I don't see the relevance of these photos. They were not taken at the time of McCain's POW experience. And I would be surprised if no one else in the entire world never took pictures of the Hoa Lo. Sounds like it was a tourist attraction.
What bothers me immensely is that McCain uses his time in Vietnam in much the same manner Guilianni used 9/11. Yes they both went through something but it seems wrong to use it for political gain - especially considering there were other captives there. What about their stories?
And no one questions him being a POW. I don't know anyone who has ever questioned it. What people now question are his motives for the constant retelling of the story. Yes it was traumatic, but it does not have anything to do with the presidential race. Yes it helped define him, but there has to be more to him then that. But we all know he was there. We've seen the campaign footage again and again and again, each time he's run for office - there's McCain on his bed in that cell being interviewed.
It's beginning to border on inappropriate to the memory of the 50,000 plus Americans who died in Vietnam. 50,000.
What about them?
What aobut the countless vets who were so pyschologically scarred by their vietnam "experience" that they are now homeless and lost in their own minds. What about the those wounded - years before better surgery and recovery - those who were maimed, lost limbs, lost hearing....what about them?
And should they run for president?
And yes, McCain is right on one front - we should forgive and move on - otherwise we'll never heal.

No one is more courageous
Another reason why John McCain should be president (besides the fact that he has experience and BHO is all talk and no experience running anything but his mouth). John McCain has the tenacity, the fortitude, and courage to be a great president. He gets my vote! Semper fi!
