Fix Won't Bar Public From Tomb

March 06, 2008 11:28 PM ET | Paul Bedard | Permanent Link

John Paul Woodley Jr., assistant secretary of the Army, says that the patches will happen "when the public will not be confronted with something they would not expect to see. . . . we would not tolerate disruption of the honors paid."
