Since no government agency or individual as of yet has stepped forward to claim having seen proof that our President-elect is indeed a native-born American, and thus Constitutionally eligible to hold the Office of U S President, the courts must now make a choice:
1. Evaluate the real birth certificate
2. Decide that the Constitution in this one case
does not matter at all.

Obama author Andy Martin heads for historic court hearing in Honolulu. Martin will arrive in Honolulu Friday evening to prepare for a historic court hearing in the Circuit Court Tuesday, November 18th at 10:30 A.M. "Some people want to run up the white flag and kiss Obama's fanny," Martin says. "In the words of John Paul Jones, 'I've just begin to fight.' Unless and until Obama releases records about his past—his birth certificate, college files and similar information—he lacks legitimacy. I do not think any American owes loyalty to Obama's radical socialist revolution, which is bent on destroying our way of life. Why will Barack Obama not release his original, typewritten 1961 birth certificate?"

Preliminary Statement
When this case was filed on October 17, 2008, the status of the document to which Plaintiff was seeking access was one involving intense political curiosity. Today, the underlying principles of this lawsuit have irretrievably morphed: the status of the document sub judice has now become a part of American history. Plaintiff's right to examine the original 1961, typewritten document—now a crucial record of American history—has become overwhelmingly stronger.
Therefore, for the reasons that follow in this Memorandum, this Court at the hearing on November 18th must apply the legal principles applicable to access to historical documents.

McConnell tries internet tricks
I am totally concerned about how this campaign process passes by people. This was the first campaign I've ever volunteered in with the exception of about a month last year. I decided to help Bruce Lunsford since in 2003 when he was hit with that ad about the nursing home abuse. You see, my mother was in that home and she was treated with dignity and respect. It was four days before the election and he couldn't respond back. Then I tried to tell my story to the local newspaper in the form of letter to the editor; they wouldn't print it. I asked if I could pay for the space to tell my story about Bruce, he said "NO". I told him this was a true story and it should be told, and that I had proof. Again "NO". Now back to McConnell, his campaign might have been internet savy, but there were lies in every ad about Bruce. This makes me very sad. I was a republican until last year, but all I heard were lies then as well about my candidate. I did some phone polling this year, and one day 20 people said they wouldn't vote for Bruce because he lived in Chicago. Bruce does not live in Chicago, and McConnell knows it, and of course approved the message. These lies, in every ad is how he won election. He should be so proud. Now being a republican all my life, I thought they stood up for moral values. We try to keep children and grandchildren from watching TV that doesn't show how to live in a morally correct way, but let leaders, who they should look up to tell lies and degrade others. Mitch wouldn't even debate Bruce on KET TV and others, WHY, because he knew very well he'd be caught in all his lies. This process should be made to abide with rules about telling the truth, because people do not, as a whole, check out these facts; I know, because all I've done this year is correct Mitch's lies. I might add, without my even approching them on the matter, when I looked up my two sons voting locations, they had also become Democrat this year. People are tired of all this. This year Lunsford didn't loose. the people of Ky did.
