Sarah Palin is a Mother and she was picked for John McCain's running mate. Why is everyone trying to bash her. Do unto to others as you would have other do unto you. Is this how you would want to be treated for this is not God's way and what has she done wrong and who has she damaged.
I am beginning to get upset with John McCain for not coming forth and telling his people to leave this lady alone. I do not know if people are jealous of her or what the problem is.
The election is over people and as long as you look over your shoulder with your little digs how can you move forward. Barack Obama won the election and now we need to support him and Sarah Palin has not damaged the United States or any of you that keep nit picking her so let go and lets get on rebuilding the United States of America.

As an example of the liberal media, Sarah Palin's wardrobe was a topic of discussion for no other reason than to try to embarass her. Perhaps I haven't been looking, but Mrs. Obama could have done with a little wardrobe critique before her victory celebration appearance in what looked like a red apron over a perfectly classic little black dress. A liberal friend suggested that it was a clear indication of Barak's intelligence that he didn't suggest she wear something else.

At this point, Supreme Court Justice David Souter’s Clerk informed Philip J. Berg, the lawyer who brought the case against Obama, that his petition for an injunction to stay the November 4th election was denied, but the Clerk also required the defendants to respond to the Writ of Certiorari (which requires the concurrence of four Justices) by December 1. At that time, Mr. Obama must present to the Court an authentic birth certificate, after which Mr. Berg will respond.
If Obama fails to do that, it is sure to inspire the skepticism of the Justices, who are unaccustomed to being defied. They will have to decide what to do about a president-elect who refuses to prove his natural-born citizenship.
“I can see a unanimous Court (en banc) decertifying the election if Obama refuses to produce his birth certificate,” says Raymond S. Kraft, an attorney and writer. “They cannot do otherwise without abandoning all credibility as guardians of the Constitution. Even the most liberal justices, however loathe they may to do this, still consider themselves guardians of the Constitution. The Court is very jealous of its power - even over presidents, even over presidents-elect.”
Also remember that on December 13, the Electoral College meets to casts its votes. If it has been determined that Mr. Obama is an illegal alien and therefore ineligible to become President of the United States, the Electors will be duty-bound to honor the Constitution.

President-elect Barack Obama is poised to reverse about 200 administration actions and executive orders implemented during the Bush administration.
According to The Washington Post, White House policies on climate change, stem cell research, reproductive rights and other issues could be undone soon after Obama takes office in January.
Dozens of Obama advisers have been working for months to identify and prioritize the issues, a transition official told the Post. Regulations imposed by President Bush for "overtly political" reasons are getting the most scrutiny, said Dan Mendelson, a former associate administrator for health in the Clinton administration's Office of Management and Budget.
However, nothing has been finalized yet, an Obama spokeswoman told the Post. "Before he makes any decisions on potential executive or legislative actions, he will be conferring with congressional leaders on both sides of the aisle, as well as interested groups," Obama transition spokeswoman Stephanie Cutter said. "Any decisions would need to be discussed with his Cabinet nominees, none of whom have been selected yet."
Policies Obama is expected to reverse:
# A limit on federal funding of embryonic stem cell research.
# A rule barring international family-planning groups that receive U.S. aid from counseling women about the availability of abortion.
# The Bush administration's decision to deny California the authority to regulate carbon dioxide emissions from automobiles.

It is continually a disappointment that the overarching issue of equality and freedom for women has been cooped by select groups of liberal elites who seem to think their beliefs and political stance be the only legitimate and authentic ways to support woman's rights.
Even if one does not agree with Palin's politics this is a moment that shows how far we as women have come. WE, and I emphasize we, have a 50% chance of seeing a woman in the White House.
I am not saying you need to vote for her just because she is a woman, but I am saying that we should be proud that it has become possible for a woman to be a VP candidate. The Hillary or no one crowd is pathetic. More so, because they betray everything Hillary Clinton stood and stands for. Has anyone noticed that Hillary did not attack Palin? Any thoughts as to why she did not? My thought is that Hillary respected her person and her gender. Everyone would like to think her supporters automatically would vote for Obama, there are millions of us who NEVER will do so!
How can any woman think that a single organization represents all of her interests? I was a Hillary supporter, but I have never liked Obama. I vote principle and conscience, and I decide not the DNC, GOP or any other group. It would be difficult to redefine "privacy" because abortion is not the only issue here.
Privacy is most important here. The Republican's would have to redefine privacy to reverse Roe vs. Wade. Their’s no absolutes. Therefore, I throw caution into the wind with reversing it.
I can set aside issues that are important because ultimately if you cannot trust the candidate how can you trust that their political platform will not change. Obama is extreme left no matter what he states. I do not like him and I do not trust him, therefore he did not get my vote.
What happened with Hillary, Palin and Elizabeth Edwards prove we are regressing with women issues in my little opinion. Last week I was a bit drunk and very tired after a long days work, I fired up my pc and went to read the news.
I then seen Bonnie E's blog, about Palin, I was I admit more then a bit off on her, it had me so mad I was not even able to spell (boy did I take a beating on that from all of you) I also made a few nasty remarks as to Bonnie being in need of some fashion style and a new hair cut as well because, all Bonnie E. does is ridicule Palin.
I also think "fair is fair" and that MObama's
Dress looked terrible, to me it did look like a garbage bag, made by some designer and it did cost 8000.00. But that is my ... right... to express what I think, you may have loved it and think it’s the best thing since sliced bread. That's diversity.
I even believe the woman is seriously jealous or infatuated by her, I still do not know why Bonnie E. is running tabloid type articles, but hence my point is and was then as well, why as a woman can you not support each other? Maybe someday the Palin of today will be your daughter, sister, mother, aunt, and friend.
No mater what issues you like or dislike. If you voted for Palin fine if you did not fine also. If you agree or disagree should we, just say to each other that it is not ok to support our own gender?
Men have been doing it for generations, agreeing and disagreeing but in the end their results have been together supporting there own gender, and they win always, why do you think that is? I believe it is because they …stick together… in the end of their debates, arguments and such and can still go have a beer in the same bar on the next bar stool.

These countries are all taken seriously; why wouldn't we? Give our gender a chance here in America. It baffles me I must say. The Elections over, I am sure we have not heard the last from Mrs. Palin. I hope she knows that a whole lot of females admire her.

Bitter comments are the worst aftermath
Governor Sarah Palin has continued to show integrity and respect for our country amidst the garbage thrown her way. I think this shows the depth and strength of her character.
What a contrast from the cowardly anonymous hurricane of debris from her accusers..... She boldly states what she believes and her life reflects her commitments.
Sure she was feisty during the debates and the campaign, she needed to communicate and wake up many listless people. Now that it is over, she is doing what she has always done and is thinking of the best for our country. When she landed in AK she spoke to the people and said it was a great experience and now we need to get to work and support Preseident-elect Obama make our country a better place. She could've had an entirely different focus and especially to her home crowd who didn't support Obama. She did the right thing and put the focus on the future and working together.
In the campaign she helped me to better know and respect who John McCain is and I think she has done a great service to him and our country in her honest efforts.
Contrary to another Alaskans demeaning comments, Governor Palin is well respected and loved here in AK.

I agree with Debbie of IL that Sarah Palin is the most refreshing face in politics in a long time. The backbiters in the McCain campaign should be ashamed of themselves (unless this is stuff made up by the liberal media). The media's treatment of her has been appalling. The media's worst fear is that if you are allowed to judge for yourself then maybe you will like her.
