Huh? do you know what you are talking about...we have a huge surplus and Gov. Palin gave each Alaskan (man, woman and child) $1200 of that surplus.

<Read and be more informed as to what is really right.>

Perhaps you should read and be more informed.

Yes, you are the company you keep!

Yes, drug dealers are more apt to be in the company of those who do drugs and prostitutes do not hang around with others than their own kind. You can tell plenty about anyone by looking at who they associate with... Ever heard" Birds of a feather flock together? or "tell me who your friends are and I'll tell you who you are? Sorry, this die-hearted democrat does not see this as innocent bystander when he attended that church for over 20 years. Besides, he and Ayers still are associated through ACORN. Do your research. Do you know what these people stand for? Do you know what he stands for?

Obama

I am so surprised at the comments of the stupid. Just because someone talked with someone or was seen in the company of someone makes them just like them. So the ones saying that is saying just because someone talked to a drug dealer or a prostitute makes that person just like that. That is just bull crap. Obama was 8 years old when he first met someone that had a checkered past then he has known others but I dont know many that have not been around someone that may have been considered different. The outlook he has for the future is so much broader than what McCain is offering. The elderly will not have any benfits left and our children will be "LEFT BEHIND" because he is out for the big corp. If you vote for McCain you are the crazy ones and will never have anything if he does get in there.

issues......

Ms. Palin said that she would make special needs children a "priority" of hers, presumably because of personal experience with her autistic nephew and her own downs syndrome son. Is she also considering tackling the other social issues that are close to home? Such as teen pregnancy (her daughter Bristol) and high school drop out (Bristol's fiancée)?

Sarah Palin

Don't make snide remarks as it tests your intelligence. Country

hicks (so called) aren't all a bunch of Red Necks, even if you

city slickers are too tired to take a walk through the woods to

hear Sarah Palin.I'm a WWII veteran and I have been around the

block a couple of times.

Lipstick dressed pitbull at-large

150,000 vs 10,000 if the crowds are any indication, the majority of the people are using their brains. To be charitable, Palin does appeal to the wacko right. They seem to be energized for her. The only problem is that neither she nor those energized for her seem to be convincing undecided voters. Well, at least they are having fun with their echo chamber in the last few days of the campaign.

She might as well wear the expensive clothes now. Who's going to care anyway.

McCain / Palin 2008

Those of you that are supporting Barack do not even know what he stands for. Do you care who and what he represents? My mother had an old saying "tell me who your friends are and I'll tell you who you are". His past associations with Rev. Wright and other extremists is something I'd be extremely cautious about as I decide who to vote for... His latest idea to "spread the wealth" is also a bit of a concern. This democrat is voting for McCain since I am not satisfied he will keep the US safe and democratic...

how many people attended Palin's rally in Leesburg?

They had labeled themselves as rednecks-get over it.

Does anyone know how many people attended the rally?

Palin

I can tell HRH of Conn has not the facts. I have been following a lot of this and have done some thorough checking and if you go into the gov. books in Alaska there is not a surplus but a deficit of huge propotions. She has not got an idea of how to run anything as she came into her office and fired the entire office and she has not given all her clothes back and she even dressed her children on RNC money. Lets give it a break you have no idea what you are talking about and are not very informed. You must live in the back woods with no tv or radio because if you were to get any kind of information other than what is heard on the street there is more out there than you think.

CBS also said 30,000

And I was there (I live on north St) . The town officals did eveything they could to lowball the attendance figures. The day before they told the country sherriff that only 5,000 were expected to attend. By rally day they'd upped that to 10,000 but I wathced the exodus from that rally and I know the number was MUCH higher. At one point I saw a solid mass of people at least 20 wide streatching in an unbroken mass from the park entrance to hill at Loudon street. (over 1 mile)

So even with just the people I could see the number is vastly more than 10,000 in fact, lets do the math:

a mile is 5280 feet and most crowd officials say in a medium-dense crowd at you have 1 person every 1 1/2 feet. So even if you double that because they were walking, you get rougly 1,500 people in a 1 mile single-file line. Multiply that by the 20-25people wide that the crowd was and you get:

30-40,000 people
