New Shocker in the JFK-Lee Harvey Oswald Story
Some 45 years after Jack Ruby was convicted in 1964 of slaying Lee Harvey Oswald, his celebrated "irresistible impulse" defense is being challenged—by Ruby's own words. That's right, the most investigated political assassination in history, the JFK-Oswald story, has yet another shocker. Never-before-revealed interview notes taken by a Ruby biographer and heading to auction strongly suggest that Ruby did not act on impulse when he came face to face with Oswald at the Dallas Police Station. The notes the biographer used to write stories sold to newspapers to build a legal defense fund quote Ruby saying he "intended" to gun down Oswald. In the story draft, Ruby describes seeing Oswald: "I lost my senses . . . I pulled out my gun and took a couple of steps . . . they could have blown my head off. I only shot him once . . . I guess I intended —I don't know what." But defense lawyer Melvin Belli edited out that and other potentially incriminating Ruby quotes. Alexander Auctions Presi-dent Bill Panagopulos, whose sale takes place November 6 and 7, tells us, "Undoubtedly, much more could be read into these notes." He predicts they'll sell for up to $3,000.

silly
Whether there was a conspiracy or not, may never be known. I suspect that quite soon, someone involved is going to be close to death and decide to go out with their guilt gone and share all that happened that day in Dallas. There are just too many unanswered questions to belive that Oswald acted alone, if at all. If you want to know more about what happened, read about the man who had the most to gain. Read about the man who wanted to be President and was going to be kicked off the ticket the following year. JOHNSON!! He was a crude man and an obsessive liar. The man would lie about anything at anytime. Keep in mind that the one man who had the most motive was also the man in charge of any investigations! There was a great book written about 15 years ago written about Johnson and his obsession with being President. I cannot remember the title but it did have Dallas in the title and I am sorry that I cannot remember the tite but it was a great book that examined Johnson and his possible role in the assasination and subsequent cover-up...
oswald
as a freelance writer, i went to dallas, interviewed both dpd and county deputies. after oswald fired his three shots, he came down the freight elevator and walked out to the top steps of the book store. several police and deputies and off duty deputies from the new class were told to stand by at the book store because that was the end of the motorcade. oawald stood there and even a secret service agent asked a book store employee who oswald was and he replied, hes one of use. a few minutes later oswald walked down the steps and got on a bus which was held back during the motorcade.
as for the rifle, oswald bought it originally for one reason, not to shoot the president, but to shoot his marine commander, the general who reversed his discharge to dishonorable.
oswald use this rifle to fire on the generals house.
on the mail order page, oswald bought the cheapest rifle and the slowest. a 29.00 dollar manual bolt action rifle. he could have purchased an auto carbine for 69.00.
several days before nov 22, the paper and news in dallas posted kennedy was coming to dallas and pictures of the motorcade put kennedy about 40 ft from oswalds work window, so how convenient that kennedy came that close to oswald and a man on fire.
if oswalp was wroking for someelse, they would have never let him use a bolt action rifle.
oswald just got lucky but if you ever go to dallas, visit the book store, it is really a pretty easy shot straight down to the street.
first the bullet traveling down didnt loose velocity and didnt drop off the site. so he had 30 yds, just like a quick pass ona football field. and the target was 2 1/2 ft by three feet.
also the answer for the people who think someone fired from the front, well here is something not on the warren report.
yes from the pictures and film, yes it looks like some fired from the front, 100 % hands down.
but what actually happened and this isnt pretty, the bullet of course entered from kennedy.s back of the head, passed through his head but lost velocity and only slightly fractured the front of his skull under the skin, the bullet bounced around inside kennedy's head, creating pressure and finally a fraction of a second later the pressure blew out from the fractured skull in the front fore head area, making it look like a front shot.
"the phony Warren Commission report"
After 35 years studying the subject here's the 'truth' I've found :
Take your pick :
USG version :
A cogent one man (LHO) solid case with intelocking and redundant ballistic , forensic and medical evidence .
A 'Lone Assassin' and 'Single Bullet Theory' not seriously challenged in 45 years : Dr. Lattimer experiments , along with , Disc.Chann. , Hist.Chann. , PBS , BBC , ABC , NBC Doc.'s , live fire experiments all support WCR/HSCA conclusions that Oswald killed JFK all by his lonesome . The case against Oswald looking 10,000x's better if you realise 'there was no' , 'is not today' and with 98% probability 'will never be' a case against anyone else . =
Closure
Or
Conspiracy version :
^ 218 (To date *) alternate assassins , helpers , and spotters in Dealey Plaza with none photograhed and no primary sources that day with anyone saying they saw a shooter other than LHO from the TSBD .
^ 55 major entity's , 12 shooter locations , upwards of 15 shots fired at JFK ... All littering the Dealey Plaza landscape and yet not one micron of solid physical evidence left behind ?
^ Everyone accused , Oswald forgotten , with conspiracist's laughing at the gullible , Alternate assassin's that disappear leaving no shell casings , no gun and no visible trace ?
^ JFK killed by many different people , for many different reasons and in many different ways , clearly an impossibility .
All Conspiracy Theory's are mutually exclusive of one another : Meaning 99.9% have to be wrong (Using minimal logic) if JFK was killed in only one way .
^ 'Theory's' that are in fact 'tentative hypothesis' , little if no experimentation .
^ Assassination experts who are not experts in the feilds they talk around advocating what is at best a 'Tempest in a Teapot' built upon a 'Mountain of Unfounded Speculation'.
^ Mis-handling and mis-using data while building a multi-million dollar 'Conspiracy cottage industry based upon what Nazi Germany used : The Big Lie and
^ This entire pre-engineered titanic mess , a tangled can of worms that taxes verbal description , history hi-jacked adding to the greatest mass failure in thinking ever recorded by humans on any one given subject ! =
Open wound , National angst and disgrace for the continued useless existence of Conspiracy for a handful of Conspiracist's own personal profit , self aggrandizement , and self glory .
That's the indictment gentlemen .
