Whispers Poll: Press Is Biased
Whether you believe the press is too easy on John McCain's attack ads or favors Barack Obama, one thing appears clear in our latest Whispers Poll: More than half surveyed by our partner Synovate believe that the political media are either biased or don't do enough to fact check candidate claims. But there is a silver lining of sorts. Americans also seem to getting a good diet of beefy news.

The media has come under unusual fire during the 2008 presidential election for its coverage and pointed analysis of the Democratic and Republican candidates.
What irked you most about the coverage?

Leaked Pro-McCain 527 Negative Ad "Small Town Fear Itself"
With the mounting bad news for their campaign, McCain/Palin will have no choice but to go increasingly negative in their attacks. Anybody else see this leaked 527 spot?

Protect America!!!!!
Pls. protect America from personal & hidden agenda behind the man who's pushing for change!!! America is beautiful in the core of its heart, keep the true American value... A person who flip-flops in what he stands for inorder to be elected is not worthy to be the President of the United States!!!! Vote for a true American, who has value & was proven & tested willing to sacrifice and have given his life for this country!!!! Only John McCain is qualified for that!!!! Be careful you American people to choose who you'll vote or you'll end up like a third world country of this world. Protect and preserve the true America from the hand of an unknown person whose purpose is not known but his background is for sure not an American.
the fourth estate
the press is known as the fourth estate or fourth power, for its capacity to form opinions, fixing in the mind of the young patterns of thinking and reacting before political characters or famous persons. So, the people who manage the media must act reponsibly. Personally, as a foreigner, I think that newspapers like new york times, newsweek, and time magazines have always been strongly biased against the republicans, unfairly, I think, specially if we start digging up facts from the cellar of history.

P/S beware of candidates who think themselves "iluminados" and ushers of a new way. I know it as a latin american. Please, think twice before you vote in november. We need America. Don't change it!!!
