is soon parted.

This administration and the 12 years of Republican controlled congress and 2 years of Democrat controlled congress have proved that the people's servants cannot be trusted to spend the people's money.

All future spending bills should require a referrendom vote by the people before passage.

Short of that the spending will just continue as usual.

Pay down the mortgages, instead

Instead of Congress giving the money directly to the thieves, why not force the thieves to reduce every mortgage by the same amount? This way everyone is treated equally. And if people can't still pay their mortgages, too bad.
