GROW UP already - It's called life. Focusing on someone's personal life that you don't even really know and "acting" as though you're all better than. Let's see what's in all your closets? I am not Republican at all, voted for Obama but picking on such things that don't involve any of you personally is just ridiculous. How about focusing on the cronies who are stealing OUR money for their own benefit and making our children not have homes.!
It's hard to be a conservative and not be a hypocrite.
Conservatives tell us to expect loose morals, lying, deception, crime and un-American behavior out of those "commie libs".
That's not news.
It's when the moral, righteous, Christian, ethical law and order conservatives can't walk their own walk that is news.
Like Mother Like Daughter
Spouting Abstinence as birth control is so hypocritical since not only Bristol, but Ms. Sara Goody Two Shoes, Lipstick Palin also got pregnant before marriage. Come on, you are either a complete hypocrite, or an idiot to think that because you are a fundamentalist Christian, and can preach the word, you don't have to live by that same word. Or is abstinence only for OTHERS, not the Palin girls. Shame on Sara Palin for hiding behind her right wing fundamentalist, talking in tongues religion, instead of teaching her daughter the basics of sex education. I mean, thank GOD Bristol is just pregnant and doesn't have an STD or something worse like AIDS, which is what spouting abstinence can lead to. At least with sex education kids have a fighting chance of not becoming teenage parents, or worse. Where does she get off putting not only her own children, but other peoples children at risk with her ideals. It is painfully obvious that abstinence did not work for her or her daughter. And don't even get me started about her Bridge to Nowhere. She may speak in tongues, but i think she just speaks with a forked tongue ... just another lying politician. She is so much like George W, I pray she and McCain do not get elected. What if they win, and McCain doesn't make it through his term? Can you imagine anything worse than President Palin?

Would paying attention to the problem of teen pregnancy include some form of sex education? To help teens understand the "implications" of their acts, I wonder if the Family Research Council would advocate meaningful education on the fundamentals of human reproduction. Perhaps it is more morally responsible to leave the outcome of your teenager's actions in God's hands and keep your lips sealed? Information is power and lack of information leads to a narrowing of the ability to make appropriate choices.
They have it backwards
Those dimwitted conservatives have it backwards: It should be teen pregnancy, not the sex, that has them upset. Teen sex and unmarried sex happen. Always has. Always will. Abstinence-only doesn't accomplish anything except produce underage parents like Bristol Palin and her boyfriend and a greater demand for abortions.

Gee, just think, if the Palin's were democraps, Bristol had decided to go ahead and abort her baby, Sarah had decided to abort her baby, and they smoked dope, committed adultry (ala WJC), abhored guns, religion, the Democraps would be holding them up as models of today's family. Instead, the Democraps decide to attach her claiming she's less experienced than the Junior Senator Obama is. Not to metion that they spit in the eye of the woman's movent they've claimed to support.
Oh yeah, to Joe Biden, I do question why Obama picked you, oh yeah I do, you're there to counter balance Obama's lack of
experience.
One final thing Joe, when you debate Govenor Palin later this month, I suggest you keep a civil tounge in your head. If you don't, Govenor Palin just might demonstrate how to field dress a moose and change the cute little Orca ear rings she was wearing with some new pink ovoid ones

I applaud her greatly for letting it be made known that she is pregnant, and I am extremely excited for her! I am also a singel mother, who found out I was pregnant when I was 18. I think she will do a stellar job, and everyone needs to freaking baack off!!! It's hard enough being pregnant, not to mention being pregnant and unmarried. Just freaking drop it.
Why isnt anyone investigating babygate
There is more to the Bristol Palin baby story than mainstream media is reporting. Something about it may not really be Sarah Palin's baby. Now im not one to continue "rumors" but the circumstantial evidence is hard to ignore. I've been searching for over 80 hours (i know obsessive) but its only this long because every "Answer" leads to a bizarre explanation, and even more questions. Unfortunately so much research has amassed so much information that it will take some time to put it in a pretty package. You can start by googling "palin babygate"

the enquirer printed that her son was a big drug used and dealer, one reason why he join the army b efore the election. She does not sound as if she balanced her career and motherhood so successfully. One teen pregnancy, l drug addicted son and an infant with special needs that she certainly has no time to care for.

Everyone is tip-toeing around the issue of Alaska Governor Palin’s 17 year old daughter Bristol becoming pregnant by her 18 year old boyfriend. We are being told “it’s a family matter that shouldn’t be in the press and that the couple plans to be married”.
Well, let me bring this issue to the fore front.
The majority of states in America today have laws / statues where consensual sex with a minor result in a statutory rape conviction, usually by that states Attorney General. A conviction is followed by a minimum of ten years living as a registered sex offender.
Is this not the law in Alaska? If so, how has Alaska avoided making it so?
If it is the law in Alaska then why hasn’t the Alaska Attorney General filed charges against Bristol’s boyfriend? Perhaps, it’s because it’s the governor’s daughter who’s pregnant?
I’ll ask the same question in regards to Britney Spears little sister, Jamie Lynn Spears. Why was her boyfriend not charged with rape resulting in prison time and the requirement that he register as a sex-offender for the next ten years?
There is a double standard that celebrities and political families get special legal treatment but regular Americans are being stigmatized and persecuted for the rest of their lives for the very same acts.
Americans need to take a close look at the current sex-offender qualifications. Should an 18 year old who has consensual sex with their 17, 16 or 15 year old partner face the stigma of being a registered sex-offender?
In America the majority of people believe if you are a registered sex-offender then you are a child molester, a pedophile and a pervert.
There are thousands of innocent people who are being forced to become a registered sex-offender every year.
Public urination and “mooning” are both convictions that will also land you on the registry for a minimum of ten years.
When you are a registered sex-offender, you struggle to find and keep housing, employment and your family because of the stress and humiliation that the registry creates within yourself, your neighbors, your co-workers and vigilantes looking for justice for a victim they don’t even know.
In some states like Virginia the accusation of being “touched” is sufficient for prosecution with a sentence of life plus 20 years in prison. The state does not require physical evidence, a witness or that the accuser be mentally evaluated and it doesn’t matter if the accuser has a history of lying, that’s “inadmissible” Virginia even enters the “accusation” as evidence in court!
In Virginia, they prosecute every accusation which means a conviction every time and jail time is highly likely unless you plead “guilty”.
I am not supporting these current laws, statues or the existence of the sex-offender registry,
I want all Americans to know what laws are in existence today, how unfair and appalling they are and stand up and say “No more”.
Maybe if a few celebrities and political families have to endure the demonization of being a registered sex-offender, these ridiculous laws would be eliminated.
