It is a fact that South Ossetia and Abkhazia are parts of the Historic Georgia. But that is not the question, the fact of the matter is that U. S. has been insulting the Russian Federation for the last 20 years, and Russia's temper finally exploded on a much smaller incident. Some body has to pay for it. This time are the Georgians, most of the other times are the Palestinians.
