I WAS AT A DINNER IN HOUSTON TX AT THE GOP CONVENTION WHERE MITT ROMNEY WAS THE SPEAKER THIS PAST JUNE. HE DID NOT MENTION HIS POLITICAL AGENDA,HE WAS PROMOTING JOHN MCCAIN, IN FACT I WAS REALLY MOTIVATED INTO TAKING ANOTHER LOOK AT VOTING FOR MCCAIN, AND I AM I THINK MITT ROMNEY WOULD BE A GREAT CHIOCE FOR V.P.
p.s.. I MUST MENTION I WAS GOING TO VOTE FOR MCCAIN ANYWAY BECOUSE IM REPUBLICAN ,BUT WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT,HOWEVER AFTER HEARING MITT ROMNEY I WALKED AWAY CONFEDENT THAT MC CAIN IT THE RIGHT PERSON TO LEAD OUR COUNTRY.

There needs to be steadiness, strength, and principle for America, like our forefathers.Belief in our country is imperative. NOT running for votes, power, or self esteem.Some people waver on the price, like a used car salesman who hasn't even seen the car but profusely announces its virtues and possibly it's appearance, much less how far it will go at what expense, then backs out on the warranty 30-60-90 days? Give 'em the razor then sell 'em the blades. Salesmanship. NOT knowledge or experience. Just sell yourself then do what you want. By then you will have the power and priveleges to load our government with terrorists, invaders into our government, judges, aliens ,just by cabinet appointees sympathetic to your upbringing. They said it ."Give me a child until he is 8 yrs old and he will be mine forever.'EVEN LONGER ! ! !
A Scary Thought
I just finished reading a book copyrighted in 1984. In the next to last chapter is this quote: "While the election of a Mormon President seems unlikely, it is highly probable under the present swing toward conventional morality and conservatism that a Mormon could one day become a Republican Vice-Presidential nominee. This is especially true when one considers the growing cooperation between Mormons and the Moral Majority." "Let's assume that a Mormon Vice-Presidential cadidate is on the winning ticket, and thereafter the President dies in office or is assissinated, causing the Mormon to succeed him as President of the United States."
If you think "so what?" I recommend you read the entire book "THE GOD MAKERS" by Ed Decker and Dave Hunt. I need say no more.
One out of Work
As far as I'm concerned both are loosers and we don't need anymore McClones. We need real leadership in America and these two don't have what it takes. They are out-of-touch with us working types and would not work for us but against us. Both are the spawns of rich men and neither one knows what it is to have to work for a living. McCain took the easy way out and left his disabled wife to marry rich. Mitt was protected and cared for by a rich father and doesn't know what it is to have to work for a living. Only God knows what the future holds for America -- I know it scares the sh-- out of me to think about it.

That's all we need two out-of-touch multimillions who have no idea what it is to have to struggle day to day. Both McCain and Rommey are in for themselves, first -- and for the elitist rich next. They would continue with Bush's agenda since they don't have one of their own. Please Lord keep America safe and out of the destructive hands of the Republican Party.

Those who think Romney is for gay marriage and abortion are sadly mistaken. Look at his record instead of saying he flipped & flopped. Everyone who is running has changed their mind about several things. Romney may have accepted the marriage thing in MA, but he did not approve of it. The courts are the ones who mandated the gay marriages.
I am only voting for McCain if he chooses Romney otherwise I will stay home. ROMNEY FOR VICE PRESIDENT A PERFECT COMBO.
McCain/Romney is the way to win the Whitehouse.
ROMNEY is the best VP choice for McCain. Pawlenty is virtually unknown and not vetted. Huckabee and his supporters are religious bigots. He has shown many times that he is. Tom Ridge? he is PRO-abortion.
ROMNEY is ANTI-abortion and so am I. Romney is ANTI-same sex marriage and so am I. I am not voting for Obama on these two issues alone.
A Christian is anti-abortion and anti-same sex marriage. A Christian could therefore not embrace both sides of the issues.
Obama is trying to claim to be a Christian but he is FOR ABORTION and FOR same sex marriage. That is conflicting. It all boils down to: OBAMA is NOT a Christian.
