Instead of both hands, maybe the O-fficial 0-symbol should just be one hand, formed into a circle, reciprocating back-and-forth, parallel to the direction of the cylinder formed by the finger....

Embarrassing Hand sign
This hand sign has been used before to signify obscene physical conditions. The sign has been used in reference to a promiscuous female's anatomy, and to a male satyr's anatomy. This is not appropriate, but I guess it was designed by someone too young to know better. I wish they had done their homework. How embarrassing!
