Hopefully by the time the grand kids have grown up, time will have cooled liberal BDS off to the point where they can actually read about the honorable service their Grandpa devoted to our great country. They may get a chuckle or two out of the deranged opinions from the other side, but they will know better than to put any credence at all in any of that drivel.

impeached and instead of riding off into the Sunset,if
found guilty he should be ridden off to jail !

I'm not surprised by Grandpa Cheney showing up at his grandchildrens events. I've had the opportunity to meet both the Veep and Mrs. Cheney and they are both really nice people. (And I'm a very moderate Republican!)
We can't believe all the crazy stuff we read in the press. After all, the media wants us to buy their products and they need to pump up thier stories to make two middle age folks from Wyoming sound steamy. Frankly - the Cheney's are most likely downright boring - just like most Americans! Politics aside - a grandparent loves the grandbabies - they suger the grandkids up and send them home to their parents. And to all of the haters out there commenting on this story - get over yourselves!
Cheney - How to justify to grandchildren
I hope Cheney is contemplating what to say to not only his grandchildren but the grandchildren of the nation. How will he and Bush justify the last eight years, Iraq, torture. His grandchildren will grow up and undoubtedly read newspapers and history books. I hate to be in his shoes when the time comes. Although, men like Cheney always find the way to justify the unjustices committed in the nation--blame someone else.

How will he explain to his grandchildren why he is one of the most hated persons on this earth? I wish him nothing but ill health and that he dies knowing that he is going straight to hell!
Hindsight
Wouldn't it be cool if our vice president could have lived the latter part of his life in reverse? A few years paying close attention to grandchildren's lives first would probably have reordered his governmental priorities for the better.
