Here is wishing you a happy retirement. I have long admired your standing

on many issues. I am inspired and I do try to follow cases which are in some way related to my own issues. They say, as you live, you learn. Thank you for your words of wisdom.

My reason for writing to you Sir, I have a matter before the Supreme Court here and there are so many questions I need answers for and found it difficult to acquire same.

So I thought if I asked these question from outside the reason it will be easier

for me. I must say Sir, I am a bit worried whether I have the right to ask these questions so as not to jeopardise my case. So, my first question is, " is it alright for me to ask a Judge (Sir) any questions regarding this matter mentioned above."

(Smile) Until I receive this answer, Sir, I will not persue this.
