Just consider what the fuel giant is offering newsies to attend the upcoming luncheon of the Washington Automotive Press Association: cards that give free gas. But don't hesitate, urges the group in an E-mail to members. "Alert," it reads. "Shell will give free gas cards to the first 40 members to RSVP for the luncheon."
