Sam Dealy isn't so interested in taking his journalistic 'objectivity' to compare the casulites on both 'sides' . . . he 'forgets' to mention the Israeli censorship of the carnage in Gaza . . . and the endless refuge camps . . . and the medical supply-withholding blockades . . . and the absolute fear of US government reps to EVER speak out against Israel's proud history of brutality and racism. Thank you for writing the truth the world needs to hear. The world doesn't get it because the media isn't saying it like it is, like you are, Sam. Most of the world that is aware of what is going on in Gaza today has never even heard of the rocket attacks on Israel even though they have been going on since 2000 and have been over 8,000 rockets and mortars fired into Israel to kill as many Israeli civilians as possible! There should be NO question about Israel's right to wipe out a terrorist enemy like Hamas.

I feel sad for most of you that you will never experience the wonderful country and people of Israel because of either your prejudice and/or ignorance. There is one and only one democracy in the Middle East-Israel. One country in which jew, christian,muslim,druze etc...can practice freely and be a government official-Israel. Once country where women, gays, handicapped etc...are not subjugated and are considered as equals-Israel. One country which sends doctors to Thailand during the Tsunami, Turkey during the earthquake, India after the Mumbai attacks and countless other countries over the years-Israel. There is almost nobody in that country that would not choose to live in Peace-they are clearly a people that cherish life but as their past FEMALE PRIME MINISTER Gold Meir once said,"Peace will come when the Arabs will love their children more than they hate us."

Now, why are you not calling down Cairo for the blockade on the Palis and why are the Pals that suport peace not getting blown away. You arguement is empty just like Iran saying they do not help Hamas...but the rockets they shoot at Israel has "Made in Iran" on them.

During the peace or the Israeli "cease-fire", the Israelis used thsi time to coin the phrase "we dont have to occupy them, but we can control them from outside and stave them to death" The Israeli Zionist government has put its own people in danger by starving the palestinian people through their control of all their borders. They've engaged in assisination activities throughout the entire peace-treaty and continue to kill them. Does the value of human life go down when you are born poor and arab?
