Dobbs Birther Ad Mostly Won't Run on CNN

Updating my blog post from earlier in the day about Media Matters' anti-Lou Dobbs, anti-CNN, anti-Birther TV ad--five of six cable providers contracted won't run it on CNN. The liberal watchdog group had bought time on CNN, during Dobbs' show no less, but only a small New York City cable provider is going to show it on the news network. The other providers will show it on MSNBC and Fox News, but not on CNN. Media Matters spokeswoman Jessica Levin said that they haven't gotten an explanation yet but will pursue one.

Why won't he just show his long form birth certificate

Why won't Obama just show his long form birth certificate and stop all this? The longer he delays the more people who doubt him. Geezo.

Birthers

You birthers do know that when illegal aliens, such as Mexicans come to America, give birth to a bambino, that the bambino is an American. Your argument about all this is so wrong it is STUPID. The GOP is full of really stupid people. What is wrong with you people? No sense at all?

To all the 'natural born' nuts

if you'd bothered to check actual law, you might have run across a guy named Chester Alan Arthur; he was the 21st Prez, remember? He was born a few miles from Canada to an American mother & a British subject (who became a citizen after his son's 14th bithday)--when political opponents in 1880 tried to use choprzul's bogus argument, every court shot it down.

No use going any futher after all, because almost none of you wing nuts seemed to remember that state courts cleared John McCain (who was born in Panama)--while we're on the subject, his mentor & 1964 candidate, Barry Goldwater was born in the US but not, like Obama, born in a state (Goldwater was born in the AZ territory a few miles from the Mexican border)
