linda pearson next hillsborough county commissiner

hillsborough county needs a fresh face who can address the needs and concerns of the voters of tampa florida. linda pearson has the background courage and character and experience to hit the ground running and this is the kind of lawmaker we need in office. the thing I like most about her is she is a great listener and takes time to vist with each and every voter no matter who they are and she always seems to be around this tells me that once she gets into office she will be a great county commissiner and will listen to the concers of the voters and will act on them. this is the type of person we need in office.www.lindapearson.com

ralph nader 2012

ralph nader is really getting ready to run in 2012. he has 2 best sellers coming out real soon direct democracy and only the rich can save us and he has a big book tour on seven seas press. we need a real candidate who will stop taxing the american people to death the voters are ready for ralph nader

Turning of the tide

This could be the turning of the tide with Gov. Palin resigning. Let's hope that she takes the lead and starts focusing on the Conservatives and renewing the energy for the Republican party........let us get Palin, Gingrich, and Romney together and let them, together, start the strategic effort to renew our party and start the steamroller moving forward....no more bickering amongst OUR best, but rather a cohesive attempt to formulate our platform and then present an orchestrated and cohesive approach to the plan of attack.

Whether Gov. Palin will be a Presidental candidate or VP nominee, we need to strive for the BEST combination. Time for those decisions later. I hope to hear that the Palins, Gingrichs and Romneys get together to formulate the plan. We need it for our country and Sarah may just be the one to make it happen. The time could be right for our Republican party to take the lead while advancing our platform.

I congratulate Gov. Palin on her decision and look forward to phase 1.

NEWT GINGRICH FOR 2012 PRESIDENT

It would appear that Gingrich is one of the few Republican bright lights for 2012. He proved himself in 1994 with the Contract with America and heavily influenced the Republican Congressional rebound during the mid-term election of Clinton's first term. We certainly need someone intelligent to stand against Obama, and Newt has proven his intellectual mettle.

Sarah Palin in 2012?

Yeah and I hope she wins. Her presidency will remind me of the fate of Marie Anttonette in France. Her lovely head will be good on a pole. Maybe the republican wishing Obama's administration to fail. And having them win in 2012. they will inherit the much bigger crap they wished for to happen. And even a no brainer will guess that np republican can ever fixed it. MAYBE THE REPUBLICAN MUST THINK 'BE CAREFUL OF WHAT YOU WISH FOR YOU MIGHT JUST GET IT!!!!

Sarah Palin in 2012

Sarah Palin could very well be the future of the Republican Party. She must be important if the Democrats are still bashing her and screaming how irrelevant and stupid she is. I would vote for her for that reason alone. She's got something that drives liberals crazy.

Sarah Palin

My family and I would vote for Sarah if she decides to run President or Vice President. We need to get some new blood in Wash, DC and get rid of all the people who are from the old party. Most of them have found a home in politics. We need to replace them with blood. Most of all, we have to get rid of Obama. He is putting this country in the poor house. Heaven forbid what my grandchildren will go through when they grow. YEA FOR SARAH PZALIN

PALIN 2012!!!

I like because she will put crooks behind bars. And we have a lot of them in both parties!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Newt-probably not, Palin-DEFINITELY NOT!

Sarah Palin is like some zombie that keeps coming back to life & refuses to die. I think that she (a heretofore unknown outside of Alaska) believes because she was inadvertantly chosen by McCain that the American people as a whole will somehow buy into her fake ass invented Fargo accent & her false contrived folksy behavior all designed as a smokescreen to cover up her general lack of awareness of her surroundings. She is little more than a scheming Barbie Doll who would be a hard sell to anyone outside of Church picnics, Flea Markets, or Gun Shows. I sincerely hope that the GOP has someone with a lot more to offer to the American people than the likes of her. If my choices in 2012 are either Obama or Palin, I may have to vote for Ralph Nader.

Palin probably hurt in 2008...

I think the Republicans AND probably the USA was damaged by the choice of Palin for a running mate for McCain in 2008. In this "American Idol" election environment, she was an attractive female conservative that the NRC thought would buy them votes. They would have done MUCH better by picking a REAL Conservative to counter McCain's leftist leanings.

She makes a decent spokesman but I couldn't really support her for a Presidential Candidate. Newt blows her out of the water as far as "experience" and "knowledge" but I question whether his past Government entrenchment may preclude him from further service.

Condi Rice WOULD make a great candidate!

Even my "liberal" house mate found her endearing after starting with a MSNBC "bias".
