tax only those who didn't support

It's interesting that only those who largely supported and got obaby in office are the ones who are getting bailed and won't pay higher taxes. Barack "little Bush" Obama is in way over his head. A CIA leader who's a used car salesman and a commander in chief who's got even less INTEL experience. We're fukd.

Proof in the vote

Mr. Schlesinger,

I guess you are the most clueless individual on the planet. Please note the recent voting in California. Please note: California is a very liberal state, yet the voters there STILL shut down the "tax and spend" machine by a 2:1 margin.

Get off your leftist, socialist wagon and get a clue.

secede from the union

Secede from the union in order to save it. We need to get back to the notion of state's rights. All of this mess was started by that carpetbagger Lincoln.

Fair share and Waste

"Sorry, Tea Party Movement, Polls Say Americans Don't Mind Taxes"

Looks like you join the rest of the Political Class in completely missing the point.

Americans are not shirking paying their fair share but they are incensed at seeing an addition to the National Debt equal to ALL the previous administrations combined.

AND noticing that a very large portion has nothing to do with the financial crises but has a lot to do with lining the pockets of political cronies ie Pork

secede

The states have to secede from the Union in order to save the Union. That carpet bagger Lincoln caused all of this.

Lets all secede

We may all have to secede from the Union but only to put the Union back on track. All of this stuff started with that carpet bagger Lincoln.

author - pinhead liberal damage-control geek for Obama!

Pretty much all that needs said is mentioned above. If you far-left morons really like paying taxes, then why the hell can't Obama get people from the left that have actually paid them?

Go peddle your trash elsewhere!

Unlike ACORN Protest...

I PAID TO SUPPORT THE TEAPARTY instead of pulling in the homeless and giving them $10 to attend. I volunteered, took off work, directed foot traffic, policed for "offensive" signs against our message, picked up garbage AND was extremely pleased to see the diversity of INDIVIDUALS who attended.

I don't mind paying taxes IF the FOOLS in WASHINGTON grow up and learn what the word "budget" means.

Priorities NOT AGENDA!

If the website you listed enlightening us to "the real truth about Fox News sponsoring the Tea Party protest" is put on by MSNBS, CBS, NBC OR CNN, I won't waste my time even going to the site. I have never in my life seen such a bunch of panic stricken, wide eyed, name calling bigots in my entire life as what has popped up since those protest took place. You would think the Russians wer attacking us. Remember when liberals were complaining and insulting George Bush at the same time asking "why can't you be patriotic and love America and still protest against the president and his policies"? Well, I guess these Americans who took to the streets all over America last wednesday, protesting the issues that are bothering them don't have that same constitutional right, huh? Know what they call that---Communism. Where's all that sympathy and tolerance for people with different views that Liberals brag about having? Funny how it takes on an intirely different meaning when it's somebody else who is complaining and holding demonstrations, huh? I thought those rights were for all of us.

This my liberal friends is exactly why Republicans and Conservatives have compared the liberal and mostly Democrat views and ideas as "Socialistic or even Communistic". The rights you so proudly claim to have under the Constitution don't seem to be the same rights anybody who has an opposing view enjoy. Like Rosie O'Donnel, we don't need to have a second amendment right but her body guards sure deserve to have the right to carry guns, huh? This example of double standard can be seen all through the sick world of liberalism and the Democratic party. When the Republicans were in power, they were obligated under the constitution to include the Minority Democrats in decision making but now that ding-bat Nancy P. and Harry Reed are in power, "They are in power now and they don't need any Republican imput in any legislative matters". Republicans are to sit in the back rows and keep quiet. Is this what was meant by "Change" by Mr Obama? This along with the federal government taking over everything in America from hot dog stands to AIG, Citibank, General Motors and whatever else they feel they can run better than the private sector? This sort of change was tried all over Europe, Asia and Africa and so far it has led to nothing but disaster for any country trying it. Communism and Facism isn't Change. Our free enterprise and free market system is what is really change and so far it has worked out just fine. If crooked, lieing politicians will stay out of it, it will continue doing just fine.

We don't need MSNBC, CNN or any liberal slanted news network enlightening us on who sponsored and backed the Tea Parties that took place across this country. Their man got elected along with their political party so Keith Oberman and Chris Matthew need to just shut up and get on with what is important to Americans, reporting the news. Sit back and watch what happends now.

Texas Tea Party

Maybe most of the 16,000 or so in San Antonio did have better things to do that day. But they rearranged everything, to make sure they were there April 15th, & my husband and I are included in that. Because THAT DAY, that was the most important thing to do. We are very proud to have been there, & will be at the next one. Why can't it be understood, that this is not racist, a black president, we don't care, or a republican, or democrate........it's about working citizens, retired citizens, & our grandchildren, that are being subject to insane decisions, being made by OUR EMPLOYEES in D.C. We have every right (so far) to peacefully hold a rally, that disagrees with our goverment. Are you mad about the turnout, the reasons we were there, or just we disagree with the president & congress?
