Maybe I should just go down to any one of the Public libraries in this country and take out a cd or a dvd or vcr tape and digitize my own personal copy. I paid for it in taxes so I may as well benefit from it. Is that file sharing or a violation of copyright laws? I am the public at large or shall I say just one of many in the area I live who have paid our fair share to procure a copy. Perhaps I should just digitally record songs being played on the internet radio stations. It could be my own personal copy like I used to do when I received my first tape recorder back in the 70's.

Is it stealing when you give it away in the airwaves? What makes streaming any different when its broadcast broadband style?

Mac, iTunes and Copyright

File-sharing issue more salient than ever.
