Republocratic Politics

This charade has gone on long enough... The consider the previous an insult to my intelligence...laughable even.

These candidates don't talk about the Federal Reserve destroying our dollar and sending the economy into a downward spiral.

These candidates don't talk about our OVERLY OBSESSIVE relationship with Israel and the ENORMOUS impact they have on our foreign policy.

These candidates quarrel over earmark spending without realizing that the vast majority of our expenditures go overseas to protect our Empire.

These candidates OBVIOUSLY do not understand our economy and failure of the Keynesian system.

I'm tired of this.

If it continues Washington DC should expect the American people to storm the capital with Pitch-forks, a barrel of tar, and a bag of feathers.

3rd party

Wake up America, the Democraps and Republiturds have a stranglehold on politics in this country! This isnt democracy, this is socialsm. Both parties, which really are the same, make sure that you never hear the other parities candidates for President (or anything else for that matter).

If America truly voted their hearts and not some BS party loyalty or the 'At least he isnt as bad as the other guy' mentality, true change could happen in this country, and damn it we need it.

Throw the bums out!

Cynthia McKinney

I think this is a good question to ask, however it is important that we also recognize the support that Cynthia McKinney and the Green Party has in the country. They do not have as much money raised, and as long a history, however they represent what many people of color, poor people, and disenfranchised people want.

That is:

true democracy

ecological sustainability

an equitable economy

social justice.

i recommend featuring a story on this hip hop music video that touches on these issues and the green movement

Three parties, Five parrties, ten parties, first things first... As Thomas Jefferson..

It does not matter how many parties we add to the apple cart. As a matter of fact, for the real vote, that infamous electoral collage which would love to see the popular vote split amid ten campaigners to take the focus off the truth. The presidency was bought long be for we the people vote. The exercise is our every four year entertainment. A farce, a mask, to make we the American people think we matter. It is a grand REALITY SHOW, with producers and winners pre- ordained and this year takes the cake as it should entertainment wise. It keeps the people from understanding that an election in this country is no different then giving every citizen a chance to play a supporting role in the largest grossing picture of the year. IF we the people want a president, we must change the illusion that we count. Thomas Jefferson said the biggest enemy off the people is when government is larger then the private sector. You think not. WHO OWNS FANNY MAY? OR CITY BANK, what wins an election? Your vote? Mine? Come on we are a young stupid empire that has allowed ourselves to be lulled to sleep by credit so one feels important, and now the finale.. this broke, and broken land, where one can not walk the streets without carrying proper credentials, we unquestioningly allow officials to fine us if we choose which seat in a car our children occupy, are now faced with an academy award winning script, A woman, an African American, and a country with the current president turning up the heat, four weeks before the farce is played out by going on national television to tell us this country hangs on the brink of disaster as if we ever had a say in any of it. Ask any script writer perfect timing George. We must change our government for each borough, each town hall, each municipality and instead of proving how well the trickle down effect works, put our hands to the trickle up effect. DO YOU REALLY THINK THE PRESIDENT THAT SITS IN OFFICE FOR THE NEXT FOR YEARS WOULD BE ANY DIFFERENT IF WE HAD A CHILD CHOSE WHO THEY VOTE FOR BASED ON THEIR FIRST PET.

Vote 3rd Party

katwomanofMA

We ALREADY have ONE PARTY. It's called the Republocrats!!

2 sides of the same coin.

Left wing, right wing SAME BIRD.

Vote 3rd Party

You're DAMN RIGHT we need a 3rd Party.

Nader, McKinney, Baldwin, or Barr. Any would be better than the Double-Mint Twins McBAMA!!

Serious, contenders, YES! So serious that's why the Republican and Democrats WON'T allow them into the debates.

They address the Federal Reserve, Patriot Act, Foreign Policy and the Monetary Policies that plague this nation.

I personally will be voting for NADER. All of the you...do you homework and choose whichever is closest to your values. Don't participate in the God forsaken HORSERACE.

AND don't let the media tell you...that Nader or any of these candidates are SPOILERS. SPOILERS my foot. Or that they take votes away for McBAMA. HOW can a 3rd Party take away something that was NEVER NEVER EVER McBama's...."MY VOTE."

3rd party

i think, if u ppl want change so much.......y dont u vote 3rd party

There should absolutely be another party

It's sad that our political system has devolved into a debate on whether we should spend billions on this foreign country or that foreign country. Whether we should socialize citizens or socialize corporations. Sadly...most times our Increasingly totalitarian government chooses to do both. As the government assumes more and more control of everything we will sink, as only free societies with free markets can provide real change. More government is never the answer and war and welfare are the worst kinds of big government programs. We need a party that remembers the ideals we used to hold dear.

The two party is one party on the bailout

The two parties are enslaving our children and grandchildren this week.

The two parties offer slightly different versions of a foriegn policy likely to get us into a war with the 52 Islamic countries that may result in Armageddon.

Half the voters don't want a change in Washington?

We're doomed.

two party - three party - hah

I am a citizen of a country that has more than three parties.

US citizens don't yet realize that they have only one party, and it is not willing to share power.

Wake up, America.

There are alternatives. A vote is not wasted when it is cast for someone who is neither Republicrat nor Republicrat.

No, that's not a typo.

A vote is a vote, and provided 'they' don't rig the machines, it sends a powerful message, at the least, and could, perhaps, upset the 'one-party' applecart.

Do your homework. Vote your conscience. The US and the world can be better places.
