Obama

Take away Obama's telepromter and he has a hard time forming a coherent sentence.Listen to how many ahh's and but's he utters when this idiot tries to say something and you will get my point.

Do you recall the time he was trying to desperately articulate the cost of sending an asthmatic to the emergency room for treatment and said "if you give him a breathalyzer test first, he wouldn't have to go to the ER". Right, that's your Obamamommy!

This guy is not fit to shine shoes in a railway station, yet alone the president of our country

You liberals are all a like, ready to fall off a cosmic roller coaster into the abyss of a black hole of ignorance and stupidity

Palin definitely stands out...

Gibson was not trying to trap her. That's simply absurd to say.

It leads to the NH Repub primary debate earlier this year where Charlie Gibson asks the same exact question about the Bush Doctrine. McCain said he agreed with it. So did Ron Paul Everyone on stage knew what it was! It's not that hard!

Hypocritical!-Sarah Palin's Lack of experience? She's not running for President, Obama is and he is the one majorly lacking experience!! Now THAT is a scary thought!!

How can you talk about Sarah Palin's lack of experience, and that she wouldn't be able to handle being the President of the United States, when OBAMA IS THE ONE who's running for president, NOT Sarah Palin!! Let's discuss Obama's major lack of experience, and the fact taht HE is the one that is running for president, NOT Sarah Palin. It is just so hypocritical and very typical. Obama is 45 years old and has been in the Senate for 3 years; talk about lack of experience.

Now not so sure

Though I'm voting for Obama, I've long believed that Sen. McCain will win. I've also believed that regardless of who wins, it will be a vast improvement over the arrogance of the Bush administration ("Don't bother me with the facts; I've already decided")

Now I'm not so sure on the second point. The sleazy campaign ads have been disappointing. Even more troubling has been a VP choice made SOLELY to appeal to two huge voter groups: women and neocons. There were so many good choices, male and female, out there!

The strategy seems to be working, and it now appears more likely than ever that Sen. McCain will win. Many things about him indicate that he's a man of character. If he wins, we can only hope that this lapse is temporary, and that in the White House he will exhibit the independence he talks so much about.

Just as Scary as W

Is it possible that she knows less than George W. Bush? After reading this and seeing the interviews, I think it might be possible.

Palin visit to Iraq

Sarah Palin visited the Alaska national guard in the Iraq Theater of Operations which in her case was Kuwait. Kuwait is not in Iraq. In fact, Iraq invaded Kuwait. According to Lieutenant Colonel Dave Osborn, commander of the 3rd Battalion, 207th Infantry of the Alaska National Guard told the Globe she did not venture into Iraq. "You have to have permission to go into a lot of areas, and [the crossing] is where her permissions were," he said.

Blined by the light

Wow, the more of these things I read the more Im convinced that we as United States of America, who have been given the vision, the liberty and option of choosing our oppressor in the light of day still choose to live in darkness, I am also a christian, and daily I seek guidance thru prayer to make decisions about my life that in someways is a war here at home. Im warring with how to save 10% of what I make so that I will have some sort of nestegg in case of emergency. I don't unerstand how anyone can preach war and peace in the same breath. Palin did, I watched that interview, and I was not impressed. She tried to use her personality and charm to make up for what she does not know. I would have rather to say Im sorry, I have not yet had an opportunity to eveluate that issue at this time than to think that the American public is so stupid that it would not know that she did not have a clue. But, then the American public has been clueless for the las 8 yrs. when it comes to the Republicans, I don't understand why its so hard to recognize that they have only the love of power and themselves, Its like being in a bad relationship, You want something different but you stay where you are because you know whjat its all about, even though, it hurting you. Wake UP Americans, Look at the track record. Lies versus Truth, War versus Peace,Health versus Illhealth, jobs versus unemployment, No one is secure in life but, we can seek security in the following of the letters left behind by our founding Fathers, I wonder if, anyone such as Abe Lincoln, Joh Kennedy, Roosevelt would say today, I think they would want a man such as Barak Obama to win this election and rid us of the power of coorperations, that make this country what it is today, where the laws seem to be based on power and money instead of Justice. The Repubilcans have did a devastastion to this country by deceit, lies, greed, cover ups,

Guantanamo, and Abhu should never be forgotten, neither should the Geneva Convention but, all these were broken by One man that supported the abomination of prisoners, I wonder how they sleep at night, where is the concience of Men thet have sold their country's principles, laws, and jsutice, fot power and greed.

Charles Gibson's Interview with Sarah Palin

Until Charles Gibson interviewed Sarah Palin, I had utmost respect for him. However, in watching the interview Charles Gibson has lost my respect for him. His manner of interview was demeaning to women and I felt he acted somewhat thug-like with his expressions and tone of voice and with his asking the same question two and three times to intimidate her; as well, he acted like she didn't know and/or to try to trip her up.

Charles Gibson was a real disappointment.

Sarah Palin is a very bright and courageous woman. I wish her well and I look forward to her being our next Vice President.
