Global warming is a hoax

Of course they say the earth is warming. We are still coming out of a mini ice age! The earth's temperatures were warmer in the 1400's A.D. than they are right now. That's when Greenland was settled and farmed. Before the next mini ice age set in and the people there perished. But the mini ice age ended in the late 1800's and now we are in a warming period again. Climate changes! That is what happens on earth. It will warm until it starts cooling again.

Impact of Cap and Trade on Commercial Real Estate

Interesting take on the potential effect of cap-and-trade on jobs. Readers of this blog may be interested in a piece I've written at www.LeoWellsBlog.com regarding the potential effect of cap-and-trade on commercial real estate.

Cap and Trade

If our energy use and these greenhouse gasses causes all this global warming what caused all the ice to melt that covered the biggest pat of the United States? I suppose it was the automobiles and refineries that caused it all. This is a money grab by the government. Think about it, $15.00 aditional tax on a 20 gal tank of gas which equqtes to $700.00 a year in new taxes. A promise broken of no new taxes on any one making less than $200,000 a year. Cigerate tax, Gasoline tax. Where does it all end.

cap and trade bill/go against it

please go against the cap and trade bill, our families depend on it.i think barack obama is worse than bush ,we would have been better of with john mccain.why can;t they see this will starve our children to death.the coal miners have been doing there jobs for generations, why not leave it alone.if you had to live on a small income you would see different, but you are millionaires and do not care about the middle class people.barack obama gives help to people who have not worked a day in there life and who are addicted to drugs,be for the people that built this country, the blue collar workers.help us don't cripple us.ypu have to realize we love our children but what is going to happen to them when they have no means of being provided for.come on wake up people and help do something about it.

Cap and Trade a Disaster

I have a customer that does approximately $500,000 in sales with me a year. I was informed the other day by their top management that if the Cap and Trade Bill goes through it is very likely that they will move this company to Asia.

Currently they employ between 1,500 to 2,000 people yearly.

Secondly, before O'Bama won the election they where running 24/7. Now they are running barely over 50% capacity.

NO On Cap & Trade

Cap & Trade will cripple Eastern Kentucky. Coal Mining is a way of life here, and the only job that pays good money. How are the elderly that live on fixed incomes going to pay an even higher electrical bills. The answer would be do with out medicine and other essential items that they need. Why are all these people that live in state that don't rely on coal to live trying to get this bill passed? I am really not worried about what goes on in California, let each state do there own thing. I personal wonder about anyones IQ that thinks this bill is the answer - we are already in a recession, how could this possible help. I guess the people in all these state think we can just sit around and look at these beautiful mountain while we sit home with NO jobs!! That is sure to help the economy. There will people on government assistant programs that have very before required them - that is sure to help!! Not only will coal miners be without a job - what about lawyers (mining companies need them), day cares (parents won't be working), doctors and nurses (all these people that are provide themselves with insurance will NO longer be going to the doctor), gas companies and equipment manufactures (not much needs for caterpillars then), car dealer ships (no one will be buying cars then) and etc. These will have a domino effect!!!

Don't "Kill" American's Jobs

Americans can not afford to lose more jobs. Why would Congress increase those disheartening unemployment numbers of their own free will? Let Congress know how you feel about keeping American jobs at http://tinyurl.com/klfut8.

cap and trade

Hey americans the new world order is on the move and the cap n trade bill Obama said under my plan you will see your energy bills skyrocket if you all dont want this Turn off you ESPN and your stupid reality MTV VH-1 shows get off your butts and fight this cause americans dont go crying to congress about your bills going through the roof Cause they are going to do this sign petitions call congress and senate and the white house Do it americans WAKE UP your nation is going quickly into a communist russia WAKE UP OUT THERE INFOWARS.COM INFOWARS.NET AMERICAnPOLICY.ORG FREEDOM21.COM get on it americans get on IT.

Cap & Trade

More of the feds "taking care of all of us imbecile who haven't been doing a pretty good job on our own! (facetious).

Personally, I was doing much betterr before BO and our Congress began their reckless spending. Cap and Trade would really put me in a bad finacial situation. I worked the ssame job in the fire service for 25 yrs so I could support myself and have good healthcare benefits. Raising our deficit more for "socialized healthcare", which would translate to higher taxes, would sink me finacially and lower my freedom of treatment.

We absolutely need healthcare reform and expand Medicaid to help those without insurance without harming the rest of us!

Cap and Trade is another NAFTA

Iam an Union Officer and I think that Cap and Trade will KILL JOB's, Just like NAFTA did. Plus the cost for Heating and cooling our Home's Will be so high that our older American's who live on fixed income's will not be able to pay thier BILL'S . We as American's Must till the People that Work for US IN WASHINGTON NOT TO PASS THIS BILL !!!
