Iran protest
The Iran elections were fair, as far as I can tell, to their standards. Every country has it's own process.
When you look at the vote which was posted on press tv web site Its exactly as experts predicted. Mousavi doing well amongst the urban and moderate voters, but doing very poorly amongst the conservative and poorer areas. He won in Tehran in a tight race as predicted. he did well in Sunni and Turk areas but was destroyed in Khorasan, in the Southern regions, in the Northern regions, and Arab areas. None of this was surprising. The election went to script.
I just think its funny that Mousavi declared victory before the polls had been counted and then declared he had been cheated a few hours later. But that was not considered fishy. Maybe he expected to lose but was planning to use social unrest and his popularity in the cities to force the Mullahs to hand him the election he couldn't win.I dont know but the whole green thing like the orange, rose, cedar revolutions of years passed.
Glad to hear Twitter is useful somewhere
since Americans mostly just waste time with it here, concentrating on silly stuff. Would be great to hear of this fad being a real factor in something important.
As for over-throwing the Mullahs there, how I wish. But I am not very hopeful for that much progress.
Then again, we overthrew our Republicans here and never fired a shot.

We talk about the rising of these citizens... The government clamps down on them... Welcome to government power,, whether it is Iran or the USA.. It's all the same... Citizens being abused. In the name of civility!!!
trust me if we did that here.. the federal troops would be here in a hurry in the name of democracy...!!!!

I think we should get out of there. We are using all of our military on some other country. I think the media should not be controlled by anyone. That real-time, one-man reporters should be able to get the TRUTH out. Have you ever noticed that news reporters will tell you whats going on in their live feeds, but then hours later its cut off and the wool is pulled over your eyes so your attention is directed towards something else? You forget what has happened because they drill certain points into your head. Everyone needs to recall the fact that there were additional bombs in the twin towers and news coverages about it, then suddenly it just stopped. And you were thrown the parts about terrorists. And that alone. We never heard anything about it later on. Security in airports went up and nothing said about the bombs in the towers.
The media is spun right in front of you..
And will someone tell me why there is 600 empty FEMA camps across the us. and why they just ordered thousand of plastic coffins. Or why we have heard nothing about this. Or why Aaron Russo was told horrible things about the planning of 9/11 by Nick Rockafella.
Please research our small time reporters and find truth.
And if nothing else youtube new world order.

Did election of 2000 brought US government down after stolen election by Bush or 2008 rigged election. So stop dreaming...
I Don't Think...
that protesting an obviously rigged election is going to bring peace to a people ruled by a religion based on hate and the sword. That said, I wish these protesters well.
