She is definitely with today generation of "I didn't do it".
Her crap about "An employee released it without authorization" excuse just doesn't work. As ex-President Harry Truman said, "The buck stops here". Good lord lady, take some responsibility, those were your employees.

Qualifications?
Why should she have any qualifications? Geithner sure doesn't have any, he's a lost cause. BO doesn't even know what each of these job entails so why would he look for qualifications when he's not sure of what they would be. He's putting people into office who will kiss his butt and do what he says. I cannot wait for the day all those who voted for him realize he's a lying narcissit who doesn't know what the hell he is doing. Why should his appointees have qualifications when he doesn't. Our government is a joke.
Democrats Lip Service on the Environment
In my opinion, Americans who claim to be for helping the environment of our nation, and yet do nothing against massive imcreases against overpopulation are dreamers or willfully ignorant. I've notice that the Democratic Party always pretends to care about the environment, and yet supports massive legal as well as illegal immigration. What do they think causes environmental damage? Overpopulation does, that's what. So called demographers like Ben Wattenberg are screwballs,because they claim we need hundreds of millions of more people in the United States. He and people like him are lunatics. What we need is a ten year period of time with NO IMMIGRATION. None. Not even legal immigration. Our water, air, and soil are being depleted at a rapid rate and catastrophe is going to result. Global warming is too vague a thing to focus on, when our nations environment is collapsing. What do screwball democrats think anyway? By helping our environment we definitely help the global environment, because America is one of the biggest polluters of the environment. No illegal immigration, no amnesty, and no legal immigration for 10 years, or we WILL suffer the consequences.

I would bet that anyone Obama appointed to replace Napolitano would be even worse.
They would be as bad or worse on policy, and they would presumably be more competent.
Napolitano's incompetence is her biggest virtue, because it limits her effectiveness, hence she can do less damage.
Nappy Unqualified...What Else is New?
Since when did being QUALIFIED to hold a cabinet post become a criterion for being nominated by B. Hussein Obama? Look at his cabinet - it's nothing but a Hack-Orama! Eric Holder as Attorney General calling Americans "cowards." Nappy telling an interviewer that jumping the border wasn't a violation of the US criminal code. A Treasury Secretary telling Congress to throw trillions of your grandchildren's dollars down the Wall Street rat hole. What have they done right? Nothing. The whole lot of them need to go, and the sooner the better. The real culprits here are members of the US Senate, who were Out to Lunch when it came to exercising their Constitutional duty of advice and consent. NO, I take that back..YOU...the clueless voters put those 100 Bozo's into office...
DHS Head
Why appoint a person, who doesn't think illegal entry of a foreign national into our country a crime, to protect us from harm coming through that same border. Why can't we have as head of DHS, an individual who values the Real ID initiative and doesn't want Amnesty for a bunch of criminals and gang members?
Not to worry.
Don't worry she may be on her way out. We are being told she is on the short list for Supreme Court nominees!!??
JUST ENFORCE THE LAWS
Our Immigration laws are not BROKEN---is is just not ENFORCED to the full extent of the 1986 Simpson/Mazzoli bill. Also known as the Immigration control and Reform act. It's been intentionally weakened by the appeasers of big business. It is a pay-off by the wealthy corporate executives to our corrupt officials, such as Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) Majority Speaker Nancy Pelosi who derailed the full impact of Everify. This system to extract illegal job seekers from the workplace should be implemented as a permanent deterrents, to stop the theft of employment from Americans and legalized citizens. Before a country is brought to its knees by the illegal alien occupation, we must demand any immigration tool that removes any persons not legal in our nation. After a grace period any business that is caught employing illegal cheap labor should have a mandatory prison sentence of ---FIVE YEARS--thrown at them. No exclusions! All company assets confiscated and appropriated by ICE.
Millions of illegal aliens have been to taught the process, to appropriate benefits using bogus ID, such as our Social Security numbers instead stolen benefits that should be going to Americans. Using a misinterpretation of the slave emancipation law, our liberal judges have allowed foreign national babies citizenship and all benefits including free housing, while our own veterans, seniors sleep in refrigerator boxes. E-verify as it's amended and revised will eradicate this plague and return work to every legal African American, Hispanic, Oriental and Caucasian. If we don't not take a stand our country will be overrun with non-reversible epidemic of English as a second language. WE are committing---OVERPOPULATION, ENVIROMENTAL suicide with yet another AMNESTY. Unknown to the large majority of Americans are completely unaware of the trillions of dollars spent to pacify the business community, that comes directly from your pockets. I for one would like to see her go. I didn't think she was the person for the job from the beginning. I also seem to remember her telling Congress several months ago that there was no promble on the US/Mexico border before it was expedient to say that there was a promble on the border. I am also a retired Navy Chief Warrant Officer with a son that is a serving Marine officer. I did not accept her non appology. She is a politacian that blows with the wind in an administration that blows with the wind. A blue dog dem that has no use for the left wing of the dem party.
