Police Focus on Suspects in Yale Death
Authorities investigating the murder of Yale University graduate student Annie Le are focusing their efforts on several suspects, including a laboratory technician who had access to the research facility basement where Le's corpse was found stuffed behind a wall, the Yale Daily News and other newspapers report.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Connecticut confirmed Le's identity Sunday evening but has not yet released her cause of death. The Associated Press reported that the medical examiner would announce the cause of death sometime after 3 p.m. today. Last night, more than 2,000 students gathered on Yale's Cross Campus for a candlelight vigil in Le's honor. We will continue updating you on this story as more details become available.
