An 18-year-old freshman at Indiana University of Pennsylvania was found dead in a friend's dorm room Wednesday afternoon, the Penn reports. After a Thursday autopsy, the county coroner said a combination of prescription drugs and heavy drinking most likely led to the man's death, although the coroner has not issued an official cause.

The police are still investigating the death but have ruled out foul play.
