A spokesperson for the DEA said, "We had no choice. We had to shoot the young man to protect him from the dangers of drugs. We will shoot as many citizens as it takes, subvert freedom and democracy, and create a climate of oppression and fear throughout the entire nation in order to save Americans from the threat of drugs."
