Onward State Green Man

The Green Man from Onwardstate.com was featured as the Green Man of the Month on http://www.hellogreenman.com

The story of their day and video are shown here http://www.hellogreenman.com/gmotm_april09.html

Clog

the clog is the only blog on here with anything interesting or witty to say. the rest are just rote regurgitations of events around their campus ie what their school newspaper already do (to be fair, the TD blog was somewhat differentiated)

"I certainly did not choose which school you went to."

I absolutely would not have chosen Yale had I realized that my odds of winning blog-awards were diminished. Sigh.

Voter frauds

It seems that 'voter frauds' were a bigger story than the voting itself. It is surprising to see how all the so-called "frauds" were pinned only to the TD blog even though Onward State jumped more than 10% in the last hour before the polls closed. Clearly, "one-dorm blogs" weren't expected to win against large-school blogs from the very beginning. Rather than decide "Best Alternative Media Outlet" the poll seems to be meant for "Largest, and most expected, winner of college blogs". Prejudiced, but illuminating.
