They do NOT need them

college students do not need drugs 2 be happy in school they need learning and friends!!!! if they do not need them they should not use them

5% seems low

I recently finished my undergraduate work, and from my anecdotal experience, closer to 25% of students were using Adderall illegally. If I recall correctly, the paper at the school where I did my undergrad(a top tier engineering institute) published the results of an informal poll, with results much higher then 5%. I'm surprised its taken the main stream media so long to catch on to this.

Ritalin in children

My generation was spanked, but I guess nowdays children are prescribed Ritalin which ruins their lives. I think parents should be very conscious to what their kids are prescribed. I think in otherwise healthy kids discipline paired with a lot of attention and love will be the best medicine.

Use of (ADHD) Ritalin,Adderall

These drugs are another quick fix from the FDA ,without the long danger of the long term of how these quick mind sedatives effect the childs mind with the (5 Year old on these drugs for so long wouldn't you belief that the young child starts growing that there mind grows to, so now you got young children that have had to be forced onto the drugs, that now crave something stronger because their minds were altered as a young child so now there minds crave a mind altive drug so now they try POT, Crack, Everything else, put I guess this is all part of how money is made hell with the little people, Money the up-evil of man kind. I have 2 boys that were forced by the Florida DayCare Services, Preschool and even when they first entered Kindergarten, They were only 5 years old being forced to be put on mind altered drugs. So now into jail and out because of drug addiction.
