Georgia to Raise GPA Requirement for Transfers

Georgia transfers

The large # of transfers in the first place is a result of poor selection in the first place. It is also supported by the large percentage of incoming freshman who do not graduate in five years.

Might we assume there are more transfers because many students are attending less expensive community colleges first?
