Hope the Galveston Medical Branch gets restored

Hope the Galveston Medical Branch gets restored for the future of Galevston itself is at stake if it isn't. Please don't go the way of what happened in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina, when the LSU Health Science Center refused to reopen Charity Hospital. Three years out from that storm and we remain in a profound health crisis because of that decision.
