Facts

At no time did the site advertise or identify the models/actors or their affiliations with any school or the NCAA.

At no time did the models/actors promote or endorse any product or service. They were performers, which raises the question: Do the NCAA bylaws prohibit a student-athlete from performing in a theatrical production of Equus (where nudity is a free speech expression and actor's pictures are included in theater programmes)?

"Nash's" other charge for dismissal was "maintaining a disorderly house." I don't know about you but everyone I knew in college was guilty on that count, including myself.

Let s/he who is without sin, cast the first stone!

I downloaded both of their vids yesterday. They were both solo vids, no guy on guy stuff, although that would have been HOT.

They are both VERY cute and hopefully they can use this as a springboard for new careers. If they ever feel like being with another man and are in the NH area, look me up!!!!

Umm....John...

Wrestling "WHILE" gay is better done under don't ask, don't tell.

If you had read better you would have understood what he said fully...

wrestlers dismissed over pornography

The NCAA rule these wrestlers have "violated" seems to be a quaint excuse to dismiss them from the team. I have seen the photos in question; in no way are these athletes portraying themselves as such and infringing on the NCAA's attempt to protect its brand. Neither young man is identified by his real name, nowhere is the word wrestler used in descriptions of them, and no wrestling clothing is seen anywhere (or is any other clothing in most of the photos). Each appears individually, and they are showing off their bodies, for pay, in an environment that is not embarrassed by sex -- not a far cry from watching the average NFL football cheerleading revue. Does anyone think for a moment that this would have been such a self-righteous stink if either of these kid's families owned a car dealership and a photo of all the kids smiling was used for some advertisement to sell cars? Jordan and Donahoe have personal lives too, and this is a case where the NCAA and the U of Nebraska should butt out. This US News story is also a pathetic failure to convey to readers basic facts-- do some investigating!

he didn't say wrestling was gay. he said wrestling WHILE gay should be kept a secret. Besides, I'll knock a wrestler out before he had a chance to take me down.

I REALLY FEEL SORRY FOR THE FAMLIES, WHAT ABOUT WHEN IT IS GIRL ON GIRL....THAT'S OK??

he did get paid! leave the poor kids alone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the pictures were no different than if it was Playgirl, there was no man to man action, i hope both boys survive the notoriety and embarassment and that it becomes yesterdays news for their and their families sake, it's too bad that it became such a big news story

John

Wrestling is gay??? Say that to a real wrestler and get your ass thoroughly kicked. He will show you how "gay" it is. Comment not relevant to the story

Wrestling while gay is better done under don't ask, don't tell.
