Ron Paul has booked the University of Minnesota's basketball arena for a September 2 gathering to coincide with the Republican National Convention in St. Paul, the Minnesota Daily reports. The Texas representative, who is technically still in the race despite Sen. John McCain's more-than-enough 1,371 delegates, is planning a daylong rally as a "celebration of Republican values and what the Republican Party has traditionally stood for," a spokesman told the New York Times.
