42 Japanese-Americans to Receive Oregon State Honorary Degrees

More than 60 years after they were removed from campus and sent to internment camps during World War II, 42 Japanese-Americans will be honored at Oregon State University's commencement ceremony June 15, the Barometer reports. The impetus for the honor came from two of the school's students.
